This small restaurant in the North of La Gomera has a spectacular setting overhanging the cliff face with a section with a glass floor to see the views. Beautiful views of Mount Teide in the distance complete the perfect position.The food is simple and well presented, salads, steaks, spicy pork etc. The waiters will also happily demonstrate the Gomeran communication by whistling invented for long distances and still taught in schools.If you are visiting Gomera from Tenerife for the day, make sure this is on the itinerary!

We had an excellent meal here, among others a wonderful steamed octopus. Desserts definitely deserve a mention - especially the specialty of the house. One star less is only due to the fact that the waiter (or an owner?) told one client to go outside and clean her shoes. It is a fact that her shoes were a bit muddy, looking like after a hike, but I didnât find it too polite.

We were disappointed because compared to the price not quite cheap for the island's targhet, we found the fish not good. We found the fish tasteless. It looked like it was old and heated.Only positive notes the friendliness of the staff and the wine list. Un bar tipico canario para desayunar o comer .Comida muy artesanal gomera , no pidas comida decorada por q es un lugar sencillo , con ecxelente comida .comi alubias canelas con rabo de toro , no creo q fuera de toro para mi q es de vaca .Y al final un chupito de gomeron .

Charming service. Great views over La Palma and the Atlantic Ocean. Home made mojo, and good papas arrugadas. Rustic rabbit and 'carne con papas'. The 'carne' (meat) was probably shim of beef. Tasty local stuff.

Wir gehen regelmäÃig hier schwimmen. Das Bad ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett.Für den kleinen Eintrittspreis von 2⬠für Residenten und Einheimische bzw 4 ⬠für Urlauber bekommt man auch noch ein Gratisgetränk.Hin und wieder essen wir auch eine Kleinigkeit dort. Besonders der Kuchen ist ausgesprochen lecker.Die Pizza war mir zu salzarm, aber so was ist ja immer Geschmacksache. Wenn man den Pizzabäcker bittet, statt Mozzarella lieber Gouda zu nehmen ist das Prblem schon gelöst.Fazit: wir können das Bad und das Restaurant empfehlen.

This restaurant is surrounded by the forest of Altos de Garajonay National park and it is part of the Laguna Grande visitor center complex. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very nice and the service was pretty good. The menu offered a fair variety and the prices did not seem too high. We did not eat a big meal here but we tried a recommended local culinary specialty, the watercress soup. It was excellent as was the lima beans stew with chorizo. Lucky enough to sample the fish soup which was very good. Bodegon is simple home cooked food using local ingredients. It was busy when we ate there and had good atmosphere. Dont expect sophisti ation out here in rural La Gomera but you can expect warm welcome and good honest home cooked food.

We stopped by after a long day of hiking and we were greeted warmly upon arrival.We arrived and were greeted warmly by the staff. We ordered great dishes and had to waddle out of the place, happy but stuffed.
