This place is a bit more upmarket however still quite affordable. We shared the Russian salad for a starter and it was enough for two and delicious. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium) however I am sure I received fillet,f although the bill also said sirloin with sirloin price. As it was pretty thick it was tending to pretty rare in the middle but I had no problem with that as it was so tender and delicious. My wife totally loved her salmon with Roquefort risotto. Staff were helpful and there was at least 1 waiter with good English. I think we'll be back. By the way if you are trying to find it it's very close to the pharmacy - you'll see the pharmacy sign shining.

CheChe is a restaurant located in Castelldefels, a town in the Golden Coast (Costa Daurada), in Catalonia, not so far from Barcelona. It is a very good restaurant, where you can eat fresh fish or other Catalan dishes. I came here and I tasted beans with artichoke (typical vegetable of the region) as first dish, fish of the day as second dish and an ice-cream as dessert. Very good, but expensive.

Apparently this is the most popular sea food restaurant in the area. Whilst the food was good and the prices decent we found the welcoming and the service was not up to par. We had a problem to get the waiters attention all the time although the restaurant was almost empty.le agradecemos su opinion pero usted se esta refiriendo a casa gallega paseo maritimo 198 castelldefels y este es paseo maritimo 206 casa gallega restaurante y tapas.

Great staff and nice location close to the beach, where you can sit inside or outside. They are efficient and nice, speak English and Spanish. Very good food from vegetarian burger, to risotto and delicious desserts. Popped in for a late lunch but missed the serving time. Lovely lady offered alternatives. Had a great pita bread with filling and a glass of wine. Both great and only 3.50â¬. After hearing the story behind their existence (I.e. Helping the out of work locals regain their self worth and getting them back into the work place with pride) I was truly humbled......in a very good way. A bargain and great tasting food. Will have to visit again some time to enjoy a full meal. Well done to you all. You will go from strength to strength.

We loved sitting out on the terrace which has a tree grown in such a way as to make an actual roof. It felt magical. While our waiter at first seemed to forget about us sitting in the corner, once reminded that we hadn't ordered yet, he couldn't do enough to make it up to us. The food was great and there was an included after dinner drink and a sweet. This place is an experience and not just a meal. I'd love the chance to go back.

The weekday lunch menu offers a selection of tapas with a beverage included for 25 euros. The tapas served are ok, but besides from the fact that the portions are large, not very interesting. The potatoes, bread with tomatoes, Russian salad and croquetas are cooked adequately. The only outstanding dish to me was the edamame salteado with foie. Unfortunately this was the only tapa out of a selection of eight which really surprised me in a positive way. You can't go wrong with this restaurant, but if you are looking for more interesting flavours, there are numerous better options available in this region.
