This is on the second floor so you have to be able to find it. It is a little difficult because there are no signs on the street level to let you know where they are but it is worth finding them. You get the view without all of the street noise. HelloThank you for the review . We are not allowed to place any signs downstairs. Hope everebody is going to look fur us now. We had a great time over here. There are very nice glutenfree options, wich is very nice if you have food allergies. Staff is helpfull with adressing whats exactly in the dishes. So i felt very safe eating here. The tapas are really good, the pizza is also very nice and the staff and owner wich is a dutch lady are very helpfull and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a good and decent meal. Loved Buena Vista!

Vinoteca Moncloa is a beautiful restaurant but the location is not so great. Donât get me wrong, Arroyo de la Miel is not a horrible place at all but itâs more English bars that do fry ups and Sunday roasts: Vinoteca Moncloa just seems an odd fit BUT donât let that stop you going as the food and service are first choice.First off they donât have a wine list and, as the name suggests, you are invited to peruse their selection of wines inside the restaurant. If youâre not an authority on wines the staff will discuss with you what type of wines you like and then advise you on options. Thatâs great is that if you donât like it you donât have to have it. One was selected and we tried it but it wasnât what we liked so it was whisked away and a second suggested which was perfect.If you order a bottle or wine they bring you two complimentary tapas which consisted of a large plate of manchego cheese and two smaller dishes of paella.We ordered a plate of Iberico ham to share as a starter which was delicious. Our mains were braised oxtail, sirloin steak and calamari, all served with grilled vegetable & chips.One of us ordered cheesecake for desert. The whole meal came to 90 euros so neither cheap nor expensive: Realistically priced.The service was first class the waiting staff were knowledgeable and all spoke English and Spanish. We sat at a table on the pavement out the front with no view of anything remotely pleasing on the eye but it didnât detract from our dining experience at all. There are tables inside although not many and it has a lovely rustic feel to it but it was a pleasant evening so it would have been a shame to not take in the evening air of Arroyo !Weâd definitely eat there again, certainly in winter to sit inside.

Had the place to ourselves at 12:00 on saturday, chose 5 tapas dishes and they all tasted great. Not the cheapest in town but great food, server was a little sturn but appeared to brighten up when we tried out our poor Spanish to order

Mediterranean menu meets Peruvia to great effect ! It is great to go somewhere that has a ' different' menu. Ceviche of king prawns - onion, corriander, lime, chilli- served on lettuce and sweet potatoe crisps- absolulery devine !! Peruvian dish prepared and marinated to perfection !! Great presentation too. Bar/ Restaurant is on level 2 on paseo but it is well worth venturing up those steps !!! Delightful terrace with seating at tables, sofas and raised bar tables. Amazing views. Sun or shade available. Internally premises are a bit ordinary who who wants to be inside?- pool table available if you do ! Service is efficient and friendly. Always so glad when people comment so possitive on our Peruvian food! Ofcourse we have also other great tapas and food, but we try to be a little different whit our Peruvian tapas. Thank you very much and we hope to see you soon again!

We were looking for a good tapas place during the day and alot of places were closed. We found this place by chance as its a little out of street view but the food was excellent. Great choice's for a mid day snack, the tapa's menu was very big and everythig we tried was beautiful. Main menu looks good aswel, I would definitely like to give that a go. Already reccommended it to people and will definitely be back.

Visited last year, so so tasty tapas. Back again this year, made sure visited twice this time, moved too bigger place, food just as fantastic. Wife still remembers meal,even when home, and she is a foodie. Just wish there a place like it in Leicester. Thanks

If you're looking for authentic Spanish tapas, rather than tourist fare, then this is the place. After reading good reviews on TripAdvisor, found this understated little restaurant tucked away up a quiet walkthrough. Friendly English speaking staff, warm welcome. Interesting menu, fresh, home cooked food, reasonably priced. Busy & popular so booking recommended to avoid disappointment. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
