We had Morgan, he was GREAT!! The tacos were average...lots of choices but not a lot of flavor. Guacamole was good. I did really like the side of grilled veggies. Spicy margarita ok, but not best I've had. JunctionGirl, Thank you for the feedback. I will be sure to tell Morgan he was great, we love rewarding our team members. We can always flavor up your taco we have lots of different sauces to choice from. Like our Classic green, Morita, Atomica, Avocado creama, Smokey Tomatia, and others. Thanks for coming out and joining us.

One person in the bar. I ordered a margarita and water. Was only given the marg to drink. I asked for small sides of queso and guac to have with my chips before my meal, I don’t get them until my meal was served. I also asked for no rice, but as you can see plenty of rice. Food was flavorful and spicy, but man— service sucked!

Chili's Grill & Bar

First thing we noticed that the restaurant didn't have any holiday decorations. Not sure why considering our visit was in the middle of December. Ordered chips and queso. Waited over 35 minutes. Server had simply forgot our order even though he walked past us several times. He apologized but then told us ours queso had crusted over so bad waiting that the kitchen had to make a new one. Gross. I didn't want to hear that. I ordered just a simple house salad which was sub par and had browning lettuce. Really disappointing how little energy and spirit the place had. No thanksLori, we're sorry to hear that your recent experience was not as good as it should have been. We want to make this right. Please email us at [email protected] the following information so we can share your experiences with this restaurant and get in touch with you directly to apologize. -Full Name-Phone Number -Description of Visit-Restaurant address that you visited-Check Number (or last 4 digits of card)-Date and Time of Visit Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
