It used to be a district of São Paulo City until February 19, 1962, when Osasco became a municipality of its own. The city motto is "Urbs labor", Latin phrase that means "City work".

O restaurante fica situado na praça Duque de Caxias, próximo a Catedral Santo Antonio, fácil acesso, na rua há lugar para estacionar. O local é limpo e agradável, a vista da sacada é da praça, que é muito bonita. Gostei do atendimento. O preço é fixo: R$25,00 por pessoa, incluindo sobremesa e suco. Grande variedade de saladas e um lindo bufet de sobremesa, além de dois tipos de sucos naturais. Só achei que faltou pratos mais elaborados,pois eu só vi verduras e legumes crus, cozidos e grelhados, mas mesmo assim valeu a pena. Gostei.

Took a group of people her for lunch and all were satisfied and happy. The meats are brought to the table and service is excellent. The salad bar is quite nice with a good selection. Great place to go with a group, especially if you are pressed for time.

An excellent restaurant in the Alphaville area. Lamb is the specialty and is very good. However, I also tried the tuna encrusted with sesame and was excellent. The Lemon Rissoto was great. The Nutella cheesecake is very good also. Many options in a very nice place. This neighborhood gem seems underrated from my experience. We got there around 8:00 pm on a sat night and the place with busy but not super packed. We were shown to a table right away. The seafood ceviche was absolutely amazing. I had the rice and grilled salmon plate and was once again surprised at the generosity of the portions. Our local friends choose the fried fish and the vegetable noodles. There was so much food that we ate our fill and there were sizeable leftovers. The pitchers of lime juice were delicious. We didn't have the experience of the waiters being undertrained or too busy as others have mentioned. Our server was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible to non portugese speaking americans. I would describe this as a hidden gem in the colorful and gentrifying republica

Ate lunch here and enjoyed the all you can eat meal. Hot meats brought out on cast iron plates. Excellent sides. Really enjoyed the fried polenta and greens. The beef is great with good seasoning whereas the sausage is a little salty for me. Quick and pleasant servers attended us through lunch.
