Cercavo un locale diverso dove mangiare pesce con amici e una casuale ricerca su tripadvisor mi ha spinto qui, senza che nessuno che conoscessi fosse mai venuto..., già il primo contatto telefonico con il titolare ( x la prenotazione ) mi aveva lasciato una grande impressione, capendo la sua passione e la voglia di differenziarsi dagli altri locali. Arrivato al locale altre belle sorprese, location, distanza da un tavolo all'altro e tanti piccoli dettagli. Pesce freschissimo ( acquista la mattina il pesce che cucina la sera ), materie prime di qualità e servizio impeccabile.Provato il menù degustazione ( tutti i piatti sono stati apprezzati ) con acqua e vino illimitati ( chardonnay locale, più che decoroso...), sul rapporto qualità prezzo poi penso sia il miglior ristorante che io abbia mai provato perché tante volte ho mangiato bene in altri locali ma a cifre completamente diverse...Speso 38⬠a testa con menù degustazione, vino acqua illimitati, sorbetto, dolce scelto alla carta, caffè e calice di passito.Chapeau Riccardo, il tuo locale mi ha entusiasmato e non vedo l'ora di tornare a trovarti studiando con te un menù alternativo, peccato x la distanza ( più di 60 km) che mi separa dal tuo ristorante, altrimenti sarei sempre li...Dalboni Emanuele.

Very lovely restaurant situated at the central square in Historic Solverino.Nice decorated, recently renovated room, very good food and winless.Try the local famous boiled meat specialities, very nicely served.Super friendly staff, and very good value, really recommended.

Came twice. Very pleasant location. Not overrun (December 2017). Polite owner and waiter. Interior far above expectation. Food traditional and very well made. Plenty of really cooked dishes, not the usual panfried âquickiesâ. Wine choice wide. The best eating place in the area.
