Restaurant Manager: Chef Patron Antonio Fucile .Week closing: on Tuesday. Vacation closing : 15 days in February. Reservation: Required . Specialties : Typical old traditional Sicilian dishes with new combinations and innovative techniques . Mediterranean
Antonio opened his restaurant specifically upon request by my fiancé who had proposed to me a few hours earlier (normally, the restaurant is closed on tuesdays). We were offered the most spectacular tasting menu on this planet. We had about 10-12 courses and the food, combined with the atmosphere, and the attention that Antonio devoted to each course made this dinner the most memorable and meaningful dining experience. Antonio is a thoughtful and talented chef and I highly recommend visiting his restaurant. Grazie Antonio!!!

What an adventure all around! The rooms were absolutely unique - each one with their own bathroom. Just to walk around the park, to see the animals: goats, horses, geese, chickens etc. All is well cared for and loved. Wonderful vineyard loaded with grapes. Our dinner there was an adventure itself - lots of dishes for antipasti, the salads, the soups, the pasta, the meat, and the desserts - could not make it through the whole dinner. The house wine was fabulous. Most professional and friendly staff.

Friendly service. Very tasty local specialities and traditional dishes, we enjoyed especially their vegetarian dishes with pistachio and fresh vegetables during lunch. A bit difficult to find, but worth to visit and enjoy good and well prepared food in old medieval time cellar restaurant.

In the beautiful Medieval city of Randazzo ( CT ) , just minutes from Taormina and Etna , is located since 1960 , the restaurant Veneziano . Today, in a new and elegant "location" in the green, with 130 seats . The Venetian Restaurant will let you redisco
On a recommendation we stopped for luch, arrived while staff eating, but we were profusely welcomed and tended to. English here is very limited and credit cards not accepted, be forewarned! We shared the beef tartare, flavored with lemon and mint (very subtly) scattered currants, a few blueberries and a spoonful of caviar. Sublime. I couldnt resist the idea of stuffed fresh pasta in pistaccio crema, so delicious. We didnt see any of the feral black pork on the menu, so i asked and they made up a plate of the sausage with sauteed spinach just for us. We had incredible red wine by the glass (too much driving back to giadini naxos for a bottle) connoli and cafe all for 56 euros. We are so happy we did.

After a long day on top of the wonderful and fascinating Etna volcano, you can find a peaceful rest in the Hotel Scrivano, situated just on its slopes in he historical town of Randazzo.Accommodation is essential: You find very clean rooms, decorated with taste, comfortable beds, TV, bathroom with shower and all other necessities. But is its restaurant "Le Delizie" which is the star of the Hotel. Food is excellent and its chefs are extraordinarily superb. The quality is unique: fresh vegetables of the area, excellent wines, lovely presentation of the various dishes. Also the desserts prepared by the local chef Pippo or Salvo are exquisite. Going at times with groups, an Irish tourist was so fascinated by the food that he is doing an annual pilgrimage to this temple of gourmet food. A fantastic experience which I will repeat..
