Stayed a couple of times at the Hilton where this restaurant is and actually have mixed feelings... One day it is great the other a bit average and bland. Staff are super friendly, service is great, setting is wonderful... This place is spare with its decor, but serve is friendly and efficient. The star of the show, however, is the grilled fish on offer. Amazing fish with traditional spice and accompanying plantain and manioc. I can honestly say the sole I ate was the best I have ever eaten! What an amazing surprise for a business traveler and my colleagues.
