A very satisfying dinner. We had a QingJiang fish with fish flavour. You can choose from 10 types of fish for dinner and 15 types of soup base. It's amazing. In addition, you can choose the vegetables to go with your fish which will be cooked inside the fish. There are more than 20 varieties to choose from. We ordered needle mushroom, sweet potato noodles, lotus root, tofu skin and a grill pancake. It's a feast but healthy meal too. You can order cold dish and skewers with meat etc. We ordered a sweet and sour pork rib skewer and 2 grill corn, spring roll and white noodles. overall a memorable food experience. My 2 boys enjoyed it thoroughly.
