I was in Canino for one night only and naturally consulted Tripdvisor to find the best place to eat.I visited the restaurant and was warmly greeted by the host Sandro.Unfortunately we do not speak the same language but that did not stop us from having wonderful conversation.I asked for him to bring me the best dishes they have and I was not disappointed. The food was exquisite. Endless amounts of truffle shavings on almost every course certainly made the meal even more special.One gets the feeling that every dish on their menu would be amazing. All are prepared with passion by his wife and daughter in the kitchen.The pricing is extremely reasonable - especially as they are specialists in truffle!It was a fantastic experience and I also believe I have made a great friend. I have promised to return in November and hopefully will be able to speak better Italian then.I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and has been the highlight of my three weeks driving around Italy. Bellissimo! Grazie! Dopo 20 giorni rieccoci a pranzo.Sempre una garanzia.Peccato la gente ai tavoli (questa volta ci è toccata una 'comitiva' molto rumorosa)...Comunque ritornando al pranzo: ravioli al coregone. Scialatielli alle vongole. Frittura e coregone impanato. Vino bianco e acqua. 2 caffè...Buonissimo!!CONSIGLIATO

Super comodo se si è in campeggio visto che è il suo ristorante anche se ospita anche non campeggiatori... servizio molto alla mano senza pretendere chissà cosa, prezzo nella media 26 euro per 2 pizze acqua birra e patatine fritte... Pizza buona anche se non indimenticabile

Could not have been better. I dream of returning. Every dish is a different mind blower. Go with a large group and order 1 of everything to share. I hope to return to this countryside treasure every few months.

Some local friends, restaurateurs, brought me here the first time. The lakeside spot is enchanting, and cool. We had fried 'bianchetti' (miniature lake fish) and broiled 'coragone' (a big lake fish...) with beans, salad, foccaccia... Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. Recommended.

Superb views of lake bolsena and excellent food. We ate twice at lunch and on both occasions the food was superb. Ravioli to start followed by a seafood platter,washed down with a local recommended wine. Always busy so booking recommended. Parking opposite easy and very cheap- we combined with a day relaxing at the lake. Not as cheap as other places but well worth a visit and would imagine beautiful in the evening.

Piacevole ristorante nel centro storico di Ischia, con prezzi non proprio popolari mitigati dal fatto che è spesso in promozione su the form. Molto buono il risotto con gamberi, asparagi e bottarga, ottimi il polpo alla brace su crema di piselli e l'orata in crosta di patate.

I've been there with my daughter for dinner. We tried "Coregone" special fish from the lake which was delicious. Also some sea food and a fabulous white wine. This together with the nice lake view and very friendly staff - it was a fantastic evening.

L'Oasi del Pescatore is perfect located next to the Bolsena lake. Also very charming to see the fisherman going out for fishing while we were eating. The atmosphere was relaxing combined with a stunning scenery. Delicious italian fish, seafood and pasta.Highly recommended!

This was nice, we just drove by, and stopped for a dinner, and it was a very big surprise to find this good food and sweet service in a hotel by the road. The pizza is absolutely marvelous! You have to try!
