I have been there with my family yesterday and from the moment we wanted to order something the waitress ( I think it was the boss ) was acting so arrogance.. we felt like he was iritated by us.. maybe because we are tourist and we can't speak German properly. The food was delicious I can't say anything bad about it! I won't go back because of how we have been treated. When I paid the bill I decided to NOT give a tip because of his attitude and after that he did not even say goodbye. It's just terrible.. no words for it. Im happy I did not give him any cent extra because he did not deserve it.

Seitdem das Restaurant neue Besitzer hat, ist es sehr viel besser geworden. Wir waren schon häufiger dort und die Qualität des Essens war jedes Mal sehr gut. Lediglich die Rotweinzwiebeln waren bisher nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Der Gruà aus der Küche und die Blumen für die Damen sind eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Der Service entspricht allerdings nicht den eigenen Ansprüchen. Es wird vermittelt ein gehobeneres Restaurant sein zu wollen aber diesen Eindruck machen die Bedienungen wieder zunichte. Beim Bedienen und Abräumen wird über die Gäste gegriffen anstatt um sie herum zu gehen und auch teilweise abgeräumt, obwohl mindestens ein Gast am Tisch noch isst. Auch bei der Geschwindigkeit muss noch zugelegt werden. 30 Minuten auf die Rechnung zu warten muss nicht sein.

You indeed have a few of the harbor (especially from the second floor dining area). This place is next door to a more famous (and expensive) spot, but the service here was friendly, the meal was excellent, and they had very reasonable lunch specials.

After having problems finding this second floor restaurant we enjoyed the excellent food and friendly service. We arrived late in the evening but had a warn welcome. The place offers individual Italian cuisine, not just the standard dishes. All in all, it's very recommendable.

On the Main Street in TS this is a clever format. Food is like a seriously upmarket chip shop,with lots of fish options- the plaice and fried potatoes was superb. Order at the counter and sit either inside or on one of the two outside terraces. Full bar. Also a snack hut selling fish sandwiches outside.Great fun. Reasonable value with dishes from â¬5 - â¬20. Service friendly and efficient. Gets very busy when TS is busy but tables come free pretty quickly and worth the wait.

This is a hidden gem- situated in the basement of the kitsch Maritim hotel. Alas no sea views. Décor is a tad old fashioned but in the good way. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Food is refined french with some asian influences. Subtle flavours. Great seafood. Great wine list. Limited parking. Reservations in the evening is advisable. Well done! I shall return and enjoy another excellent meal there.

This is a wonderful place to dine. The staff fantastic the food amazing the atmosphere warm and friendly, it's s must. The menu is extensive with a wide range from fresh fish to meat dishes and vegetarian options as well. Plenty of good wines on the menu as well. The staff look after you and once your sat comfortable you can just relax into the evening and enjoy your meal. It's a great place for all kinds of visitors from business to romance. This beautiful, modern Hotel Restaurant is situated in a wonderful location by the sea, in the charming German town of Timmendorfer Strand. The food is international with a strong Oriental inspiration which makes it very interesting as well as delicious: the Tempura jumbo prawns were fabolous, the selection of fish was incredible too. The wine was chilled to perfection and the service fast, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

It been a great weather on Sunday so our family decided to drive so far from Maschen to have lunch here after we haven't been for long time and of course my parents last dinning here was spectacular with top notch fish and great service.Unfortunately, the best restaurant of the town it wasn't there anymore. The food and service turned us down. We could have just pop by at any restaurant in our hometown because of same quality.However, the decoration is so sweet.
