Have passed this place a few times and thought it was just a wee bar with some tables in the back! We popped in for a quick cool drink on the way back up from the beach and actually looked at the menu! We decided to go back that evening for dinner and so glad we did. Food was excellent. It is a traditional canarian restaurant. I had grilled chicken with the best mushroom sauce I have ever tasted! Together with canarian potatoes and the mojo sauces that accompanied them. My sister-in-law had the sirloin steak which was huge and she said it was the best steak she had ever tasted and she finished it all! Staff were lovely (Rachael (or Raquel!) and Dido (I think - from Finland). We had a lovely night in there and were sorry we didn't manage to get back. We certainly would go back again next time we are in Lanzarote.

We visited this restaurant based on previous reviews and Iâm very happy we did! Lovely setting, very attentive staff and delicious food! If you like fish and seafood you should definitely visit! The chocolate mousse dessert was also delicious. We noticed lots of return diners who knew the owners as well which is always a good sign. Highly recommend

On first sight this establishment appears to be a bar / lounge. The "restaurante" sign is hardly visible due to its background. However, we are glad we tried it as is was a pleasant experience of well prepared and presented (perhaps over-presented) fare with lots of complimenting tastes on each plate.The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The bill was reasonable and accurate.There is a lower,more expansive terrace that looks out over the bay.Accessibility facilities were clearly well designed into the concept of this venture. The team in Costa Luz work very hard to please their customers. The restaurant is on the first floor of a small mall of shops and bars outside the main drag of Puerto del Carmen and is consequently easily passed by.We dined there for the first time on our last visit having been guilty for many years of not looking up!!!Our reward, on that a one subsequent visit, was excellent food and service. The grill side was particularly noteworthy in its production of succulent steaks and home-made burgers. The overall experience was great and worth recommending.A minor negative, and a constant disappointment in most (not all) restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen, is the restriction to small bottle (500ml) of water served. These are comparatively ridiculously expensive and a turn-off in an otherwise well run establishment. Litre bottles are more efficient and produce less waste.Thank you so much for your visit and I hope see you soon
