Avendo letto le recensioni su Tripadvisor mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Antipasti di mare nella norma. Anche la pasta era buona ma niente di particolarmente imperdibile. Personale cortese ma il servizio lentissimo. Tra l'antipasto e il primo abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora.

abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni degli altri e devo confermare la buona cucina di pesce e non solo di questo locale. buoni i fritti di pesce in tempura, il pane carasau con funghi e taleggio. buona la pasta alle vongole, i tonnarelli ai frutti di mare e la pasta col baccalà olive e capperi. il servizio veloce e cortese. bravi

I found it out when it still belonged and was run by Osvaldo (the restaurant full name actually is "La Tana degli Amici - da Osvaldo"), who was a great Napolitan chef de cousine, and cooked delicious dishes. When Osvaldo decided to retire, two very young guys (two friends from Hotelling School!!!) "jumped into the business, refreshed the place, and started... coking!!! Fantastic! I know Monterotondo is not exactly a touristy place, but if you are staying in Rome, have a car, want to tour the surroundings of Rome, heading North towards Rieti, Monterotondo is just 20 Km off Rome, on the VIA SALARIA. And once you are there... can't miss out on the two friends (they are sooooooooooooooo young!!!) restaurant.Do you know that they get up at 4 every morning and personally go to the Fish Market to choose fresh fish themselves???Food quality is excellent, the variety of the menu and the wine selection are great! Please keep in mind, though, that the last time I went there, they did not yet accept payment by credit/debit card... However, you will not need much cash, if you go there... it's a real bargain!!!You won't regret the trip to Monterotondo, in Sabina.

Sono stato in questo ristorante due serate a cena in quattro persone e abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi antipasti e primi di pesce.Le porzioni erano belle abbondanti, pasta allo scoglio e risotto alla crema di scampi sono davvero buoni e abbondanti, i secondi non siamo riusciti ad arrivarci eravamo già completamente sazi.Costo congruo considerando la qualità e l'abbondanza dei piatti serviti.Ambiente grande e tavoli ben spaziati.In estate si può mangiare all'aperto in un ampio portico.La sera d'inverno con il buio, visto che la Flaminia in quel punto non è illuminata , il ristorante passa un pò inosservato.

Plain and simple: this place is wonderful!I've been here recently on a business dinner with some colleagues. It had been my first time.One dish after the other is a fireworks of delicacies! The cook is an artist! We loved it and will definitely come back.

I couldn't write a bad review about this place; the meal was delicious and the quality very good.Unfortunately, I was disappointed about the welcoming. I was there with just a friend. When the owner came to us to order, he asked us to choose the same things, otherwise, it could be annoying. Sometimes, for a request like that, I would have gone away. It is ridiculous going to a restaurant, paying 12/15 Euros a pasta dish and being "forced" to order the same things of your friend.

I was with my girlfriend and we really appreciated that we took an "Yes" for every ask. Carbonara wasn't in menu, but they did it for us and didn't put a high price. Also, the wine, like the food, was very tasty. We really enjoyed it!

I live in Sacrofano so I come here often when in the mood of an elegant and warm atmosphere... appetizers, first courses, second courses... fish is king here, and queen, too!!! Delicious!!! The bread is homemade, just like the desserts... irresistible!!! Greeted nicely in a warm family atmosphere but with 5 star cooks! Enjoy!

It wasn't our first choice ..but most restaurants were closed that day...and I got the impression they opened just for our group..but the staff were not happy..we felt like they couldn't wait for us to leave..we dined mostly on fish dishes...some of which were really nice but to me it seemed that alot of it was from frozen..and the bill at the end was over the top! I wouldn't go back there in a hurry.

What a gem we stumbled upon while staying in Sacrofano. The town of Sacrofano is beautiful, with the beauty of the town only being surpassed by that of the people. We stopped into II Sapore Perfetto because of the reviews listed on Trip Advisor. What a treat! Gorgeous freshly made seafood, fantastic selection of organic wines, and most impressively, the nicest people we have ever met in any of our travels. Alessandra is a chef extraordinaire, making the most beautiful dishes of seafood and pasta. Antonio made our family feel so very welcome and was very patient with our lack of ability to speak Italian. If you are anywhere near Sacrofano, as in a 75 mile radius, II Sapore Perfetto is well worth a visit. You won't be disappointed!
