Stayed here for only 2 nights but loved it! Just a get away before the work started. We opted for the oceanfront room - worth the extra dollars as views are spectacular. Food is way better than average. Would like to bring the family back for a week vacation!

Went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. A very nice atmosphere both inside and outside. Very open and airy with plenty of light and great views of the water. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Food portions were very adequate and well presented. Good and hot. The outside deck area is very nice with picnic tables, high tops and plenty of umbrellas. The outside bar is very nice. Got a boat? No problem, dock it right outside the restaurant. There is also a boat launch area next door. It was a wonderful afternoon and everyone enjoyed themselves. A touch pricey: six meals, two beers and one appetizer came to about $30 per person including tip.

Went for Valentines Day, great reservation and were made to feel special. Soft piano music, nice decorations, good service and great food. The prix fixe menu for the night was really a great selection with an appetizer, soup or salad, entree and desert for each. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Just loved sitting outside, it is so tranquil sipping cocktails overlooking the water. Service was excellent; Lana was energetic, kept the drinks flowing and looked after our table well. My major downer was the lack of vegan options. I ended up with the Pusserâs Tropical Salad (minus the dressing) and a portobello mushroom (the burger buns arenât vegan...) I did have my fill of cocktails though, and highly recommend the Lava Flow (delicious!)Next time Iâll eat at home first and go for the drinks, view and vibe!

What a gorgeous place to eat some great seafood! The screened in area was perfect last night where we awed by a gorgeous sunset. Our server was great. One must have the crab bisque which is rich, flavorful and full of crab. Yummy. The shrimp dinner was piping hot and lightly breaded where you can taste the fresh shrimp. Both the tartar and cocktail sauce were tasty and complimented the shrimp.Thank you kbemje. We love to heat when you had a great time. No better place to watch the sun set. Hope to see you soon.

We met two other couples for dinner. We were seated quickly. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The restaurant is located on the intercoastel water way so great views. Jacob was our server and he did s great job. I ordered the crab cakes and they were awesome. A couple of folks ordered chicken fried chicken and loved it. Everyoneâ Food was great and the portions were very big. Everyone was full. The pumpkin bread is awesome. The drinks were god too !

Poppy's was a great surprise! Thought we were dining at a pizzeria with some dinner entrees. Little did we know the menu was very extensive and the specials were top notch. Great calamari appetizer, garlic bread, and an excellent grouper and shrimp over risotto. Mains were very large portions, as chicken and eggplant parm entree could have fed 3 people. Warm friendly service and a good variety on the wine list. Poppy's was a highlight of our trip.
