We had some delicious seafood tacos, sandwiches and salads this afternoon for lunch on the patio. I’m guessing there wasn’t enough staff scheduled for the shift because we saw the manager serving the table next door. Our server Jonathan was likely doubling as the bartender so he was busy, but he never checked on our satisfaction, forgot the lemon and ignored the credit cards we tried to hand him. So high score on the food which was perfectly prepared, but the service needs work such as customer service training.

Food was great. Server was very nice. Dirty interior, floors , tables weren't cleaned down. FLies on the inside. We moved to the patio but the flies were worse. No posted instructions as to how to order food. Seat yourself and get a number after you order and they bring the food to you. They bring everything all at once- the appetizer, entree, all delivered at once.

There’s a new kid in town and it is worth a look.At 111 North Palm Canyon, this establishment is within easy walking distance of most downtown locations. The “order” mechanism is a bit weird (no table service until the delivery), but it is as efficient as it is tasty (astonishingly, I had a real twist--not a chunk of lemon).’’Management’s personal follow-up was the icing on the cake.
