food was not bad but portion not what u expect from the price..certainly not on the cheaper side though but reasonable vs the area. service was good..it wasn't crowded when we went which was pretty late. tip: if u do go here..go for the seafood instead of other stuffs.

One of the best meals of our trip through Liguria. Rustic restaurant historically linked with fishing company, all family business. Wonderful, warm hospitality by just women, the freshest fish, great house wine from Cinque Terre, the fairest of prices. We hope to come back.

an amazing view with a great sea food choice and cusine is maybe the best way to spend a sunday lunch. the location is the key point of this restaurant. forniture are new and the the people is nice and warm, but obviously the most important point someone is looking in a restaurant is the food, isn't it? well, it is going to satisfy you for sure.being on a rock on the sea in front of portofino with sestri levante behind you the main characteristic of this restaurant is fish, cooked in the Liguria style, fresh and flavourful. definetly a place to try and then keep going.

When you arrive to this Restaurant, it looks like a house a warm house where everything is well chosen and cosy. The terrace is beautiful with a great view on the sea and the hills, pure nature. Chef Enrico Boitano and his staff are great hosts and you feel spoiled. The food is great, traditional Ligurian cuisine with an international twist. Fresh seafood and fish are treated in the right way,with each single ingredient recognizable in your mouth, light dressing and special care. Also the meat is special and the pasta too. Vegetables are part of the recipes created by Chef Enrico and his staff. Wines are simply perfect. Homemade bread and sweets close the natural circle.

It's a journey in the right pleasurable combination of fish dishes, meat if preferred, pasta, special cheese. I went there last week and was really satisfied. Try the raw fish, very fresh; try the specialty of Morone fish; try the home made tortino with vegetables and cheese; try the calamari with peperoni sauce. Don't miss the dessert !!! Wine was great, proposed by the owner, who is a real gentleman and a friendly person. The staff is prepared, smiling and always ready to answer your questions. Price really reasonable. We'll go back there !

A very cozy little restaurant just outside Chiavari's city centre, next to the junction of the motorway. The emphasis is on (very fresh) seafood but there are other options (the menu is rather extensive). The food is delicious: traditional yet with a twist, and the presentation of the dishes is in line with their quality. The service is professional yet friendly. The couple (chef and wife) who runs the restaurant is very nice and passionate. We only had a glass of wine and did not explore the wine list, but it looked complete. Excellent price/quality ratio in the range of 35-55 euro per person, depending on menu choice and wine. Warmly recommended.Dear Alessandro,thank you very much for your opinion about our Restaurant. Two times in a month, to celebrate birthdays and enjoy one of the most surprising experiences of mix of high level cuisine and local ingredients and dishes. A new take on our classic, an amazing tastes mix and delicious use of Ligurian simple but mouthwatering produce.A young team that deserves recognition and support. No need to visit for birthdays...recommended all year around!

We booked a table on the recommendation of our hotel, Excelsior Palace, and we certainly wasn't disappointed. The views were spectacular, especially during sunset. The family that own and run the restaurant were so welcoming and the food was fantastic. One part of me wants it to remain a hidden gem so it doesn't lose its charm. The other part and rightly so wants everyone to know how good it is! A must if you're in the area. We will be back!

We were staying at the Grand Bristol hotel in Rapallo end of September 2016 and the weather was excellent so walking about we passed the Villa twice a day for 4 days before we worked out how to get to it as their signage was a bit lacking - but eventually went into the communal park and found the entrance gate! So glad we did. It is an oasis of calm away from the bustle and traffic of downtown Rapallo and simply stunning views from the terrace. Very romantic and nicely furnished.Had dinner and then came back for our last holiday lunch. Both times the service was attentive and the food excellent. Enjoyed the risotto with strawberries and the sea bass baked in salt - well cooked and not overdone as sadly it can be.Overall it is a cut above any other restaurant in Rapallo and we would thoroughly recommend seeking it out if you are staying in or near Rapallo.
