Located in the growing tourist area of Mactan. Perfect place to start your night at. Walk in through the dripping water fall and sit in the native nipa hut or traditional Japanese style seating. Extra attentive servers and management always visible. Menu is an eclectic mix of filipino favorites, Japanese specialties, Healthy Choices and oddities. Wings are best in Cebu, Spicy, Chili and Honey Mustard, all A+. Karaoke, Banquet Room and Live music with local Blues/ Rock legend Jesse J-Dog Boartfield. Cozy, Romantic and all amenities, what more could you ask for? They have Octopus Pizza hehe

Loved all the dishes that we had! The sinigang ramen was so yummy! My kids feasted on the delicious and flavorful fried chicken. They serve the best shrimp tempura in the island! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The ambiance is relaxing. The view from the restaurant was splendid! I will definitely be back!

We booked 70 people more or less for an event. We just noticed how disorganized their procedure can be.They should let guests write their names prior to entering the establishment or whatsoever to avoid any mixed up with other people who are dining there since it's a public restaurant.

food was good...and tasted very good...waited quite long....waitress took order her name was MARS but didnt know one item not on menu....also price of bungus and other fish by the grams.....is this including bones or just flesh weight....so made it very expensive....so ordered set meals....lovely views and great breeze...floating on water...oh its only 100 meters from 10000 roses....so went there first

I visit Fiesta Bay when I have guests from out of town.Its clean, and offers a big menu so there is something for everyone.I love the big parking space, and it is only Air Conditioned Filipino restaurant in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

We loved the resort and this is supposed to be one of the fine dining restaurants. We went there with the aim to eat good fish, however the quality was not good. The prices were high though. We will not go back

I went to A Mesa Tapas Bar last Friday and I was surprised that they were offering 1+1 on all alcoholic deinks for their ladies night! I was so happy since their wine and beer options are well known to be super good. The owner knows so much about wines, and the beers they serve are local yet award winning beers. Loved having wonderful seafood, well prepared by the chef, while enjoying the outdoor breezy seawater front. And the staff were excellent! Coleen was really funny and made our dinner fun. Angel served us for few days and she made excellent food/drink recommendations and she was really sweet.
