We stayed at a condo with BBQ grills and was looking for fresh catch local fishes to cook. This is the place where we get very fresh local fishes (just delivered within couple hours). The owner is very helpful in helping us decide what fishes to get.

Wanted to try one last food truck before leaving the island. We saw this truck here(Kahului harbor)many times in passing and thought why not stop today. I was at my limit of eating shrimp so I went ahead and ordered the garlic chicken. My husband ordered the garlic Mahi katsu. We weren't impressed with either plate. My husband said his food had a really fishy taste. He loves his fish and apparently it's not supposed to taste so fishy. My food was ok. Crunchy coating on the outside but pretty tough to chew. Garlic was thrown in with it. This stop wasn't worth it and I wish we would have looked around some more for something better. (Sorry my pic of the garlic chicken didn't turn out, so one is not being posted).

Excellent choice in between a drug store and grocery store â several restaurants are tucked in between. It is casual and unusual in the presentation of some dishes. There are one or two beef choices, but lots on the seafood sideâ¦â¦â¦..We choose shrimp which arrived in a bag. You choose how you want it prepared and what sauces to put in. Be warned! They come with shells on, including the head. My husband, who doesnât like to work for his food cleaned a couple and then I took over. Gloves and bib are provided. Itâs BYOB so it makes it doubly affordable. Appetizer and two lbs of shrimp came to $40. The calamari was good and came with French fries, which seemed unusual but perhaps it's ordered as a main instead of appetizer more often.

Like Poke? is a fantastic food truck for poke!!!! I loved the basic poke cup, and my husband got the spicy fried poke - which was amazing as well!!! The food truck is in a food truck "row" where there are 5-6 food trucks, and a nice covered area to eat right next to it. Highly recommend!

Yes, kind of eccentric to sell poke / fish out the back of a liquor and convenience store - get over it.Went here on a local recommendation when we first landed, made sure to visit again pre-flight once we had made an eating tour of the rest of Maui. Hands down best quality fish we ate.Pro:- best quality fish, great rice, helpful staff that lets you sample (even though sign says no sampling)- try the sunrise poke; ahi tuna with spicy sauce and avocado and some other random stuff over rice- also tried the tofu and the cucumber salad sides, they were fine as a supplement but probably stick with the fishCons:- is literally at the back of a liquor store. One bench outside that is not great for eatingWould recommend grabbing a poke bowl, some of the snacks from the store as well and some drinks, and driving half a block to the beach. Really incredible
