Verveine is both a traditional village fishmonger and a fine dining restaurant that specialises in fresh fish and shellfish that are caught in the UK shores. We are a multi award-winning restaurant with the accolades of 'best restaurant' and 'chef of the
We opted for the highly-recommended 6-course option for a birthday lunch and were NOT disappointed. The food was both interesting and delicious, served by knowledgable friendly staff with a well judged pace. The whole meal was exceptional value for money considering the extremely high quality and professional attention to detail. Wine was also very good (albeit expensive as always) and every plate was virtually licked clean. Verveine was an excellent discovery to which we shall undoubtedly return - and soon!

The Beach House restaurant is situated on the harbour side of the sand spit at Hengistbury Head and enjoys stunning views across the harbour, Hengisbury Head and Mudeford Quay. Hengistbury Head is a car free zone meaning bike, boat or a leisurely stroll a
Popped in during our walk for liquid refreshments. Very expensive, two beers, a Prosecco and a water were 20p off £20. Also several noisy uncontrolled kids running around the indoor area. So we enjoyed our drinks, but felt it both in the ears and in the pocket.

We are The Fry Inn located in Tuckton. All our food is cooked to order, freshly served. We have a wide range of items from fish , burgers, pies, kebabs etc. We aim to provide excellent food with equally excellent service.
Excellent chippy with some great vegetarian options. My veggie family love the Halloumi deep fried with chips and I always go for the Haddock. Busy most nights, but you can place phone orders which I would recommend. Very clean serving area and courteous staff, with about 6 benches inside, about 24 covers if you want to eat in.

At Thomas Tripp we believe wholeheartedly in the vitality that a traditional local pub brings to the community and we welcome you to join in; take in our smuggling history, enjoy our beers, ales and fine wines, sample our freshly prepared food (our seafoo
Had a lovely pub lunch here today. Atmosphere in the pub was quite cosy, my husband had the scampi lunch menu and I had a burger - tasty food nicely presented and reasonably priced. Biggest problem was parking - 30 minutes only if parked outside but we did just manage it. I would come back here again.

Our Highcliffe branch is both restaurant and takeaway located in Highcliffe, near Christchurch, Dorset. Popular with locals and visitors alike, it delivers the authentic Daniels fish and chips experience.
We've had some very good fish and chips at Daniel's. However, today we didn't even get a chance to eat. The restaurant was only partly full and there were a small number of customers waiting in the takeaway area. Just one waitress was trying to serve both takeaway and restaurant customers. She gave us menus and continued to take orders from the takeaway section. It was obvious that most customers had been waiting some time but hardly any food was coming out. After waiting for quite some time without our order being taken we decided to leave. Our assessment was that both the cooking and service were out of control and there would be a long wait. Fish and plates of food were being left lying around on the counter after cooking owing to ill-timed and incorrect orders. The one waitress was forced to run around like a headless chicken and she did not apologise when we decided to leave.

A nice lunch with an old family friend who is a local resident and has eat at Pebble beach many times before. Great atmosphere, nice decor and attentive service. My wife and our friend shared a smoked duck which was beautifully presented and plenty for two. I had the tempura prawns with home made chutney and a spicy tomato sauce. The sauce was superfluous but the prawns and chutney were delicious. I had fish and chips which was nice but the batter a touch under done, my wife and our friend had filet steak which was perfectly cooked and very nice and for pud we had two tiramisu and a choux pastry and ice cream desert which was very nice. Overall nice meal and for that reason I would recommend the Pebble beach for lunch and for dinner too!)

The restaurant at Avon Beach - now known as the Noisy Lobster - offers breakfast, lunch, light bites and dinner where patrons can enjoy one of the best views in the area. At the Avon Beach resort we also offer beach huts, an ice-cream parlour, seaside sho
Can you please have a specific cut off time for breakfast? To arrive the same time we normally arrive for breakfast to be told itâs âtoo lateâ this week doesnât seem fair. Whilst all customers are important, we are locals that turn up in the winter, whatever the weather & always at the same time. To be fair, my party that could cope with eating lunch the food was excellentDear JAB531Sorry to hear about the breakfast service on this specific date. We do serve breakfast until 11.45am however on exceptionally busy days to ensure the efficient running of the lunch service we sometimes have to stop service earlier. We try to accommodate all our customers especially during busy periods.Kindest regardsVictoriaMarketing Manager

We went for lunch on Sunday to celebrate a birthday. We arrived early but the team were completely unfazed. Food was excellent; service was exemplary and prices fair (not cheap: fair). Everything was superb with the exception of parking which is always a bit tricky here.............

Browns is our local chippy and it is simply magnificent. The menu is varied and everything tastes delicious. Recently I tried the chicken nuggets for the first time, they were very like Chinese style chicken balls, crunchy yet full of juicy chicken. The chips are always amazing as are the peas, curry sauce, sausages, fish.. In fact everything is soooo tasty.

Despite the awful weather today a delightful visit to this cafe. Stunning views, attentive staff, lovely food. The best thing I liked was the 100% removal of everything on the table, then cleaned including the chairs, crumbs from floor as well. Dont even get that in the Premier inn we are staying at.Thank you for your 5* review Afternoon tea served at Cliffhanger whatever the weather is always a winner!Really pleased you had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Cliffhanger and enjoyed the lovely food and looked after by attentive staff..Hopefully see you in the dryer weather.Weâve got lots planned for Christmas not only our evening tribute nights but breakfast with Santa plus a Choir on two Sunday afternoons in December all dished up with our superb Christmas lunch menu..
