Yummy seafood basket and the chicken nuggets are to die for, not to greasy and very quick service just what you want with a hungry tribe to feed, and they fill it up not like many fish and chip shops these days.

Last night, they had huge Moreton Bay bugs, huge prawns and huge roe-on scallops along with a nice selection of Reef Fish. As always, it was prepared with great attention to detail, and was perfectly cooked and delicious. Friendly service. It's worth coming to Gladstone for.

Unfortunately, our visit was a little disappointing. I wanted to buy prawns for a sandwich and found the two choices of prawns available were nearly $40 a kilo. They were also pretty average tasting and the texture of some of the prawns was not up to scratch either. Service was good and there's plenty of parking.

The sailing club is a lovely spot to have some drinks and relax with friends. The food is standard pub food which is fine but I would love to see a couple more vegetarian options. I love that they use paper straws - it's great to see businesses caring for the environment, especially when they are situated by the beach!

Family run business that offers a diverse menu with fresh ingredients. Nice food and good staff which was evident by the many customers there on a Wednesday night. Unfortunately the lack of attention to detail let down the eating experience. Main menu plate had 3 significant chips out of the rim . Hot food was served on cold plates, so vegetables were cool while meat was warm. A side plate would have been nice when eating partially shelled prawns as well as an extra napkin. The aircon next to us (behind a screen) sounded like a freight train. Ask about this if you are sitting on the deck. Hopefully the owners will find ways to isolate the noise from customers.House beer was a nice choice as was the wine. Mentioned the above to staff so I’m sure they will review their presentation processes.
