Recentemente abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante con degli amici. Benché non avessimo prenotato e fossimo 8 persone il personale ci ha dato un tavolo adeguato appena arrivati. Il locale è ben curato ed è formato da due ampie sale da pranzo. Il menù è abbastanza intuitivo e comprensibile e a parte alcuni antipasti, primi e secondi di origine cinese è formato sopratutto da sushi. Dopo l'ordinazione i piatti arrivano molto velocemente. I piatti si presentano tutti ben curati e fatti con materie prime fresche. Il prezzo è nella media per questo tipo di locale, il costo delle bibite è a parte. Il giorno in cui ci siamo stati noi il locale era molto affollatto quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere un po' per la terza tornata di ordini. Il personale è cortese ed educato. Cibo certamente di qualità superiore rispetto a quello dei locali a buffet (vedi reggio calabria). Ideale per rilassarsi (non c'è musica) e per stare in lieta compagnia mangiando sushi. Unica nota negativa: c'è un solo bagno per tutti gli utenti; troppo poco!

Gioia Tauro is not really a tourist place. Most of the summer visitors come from the mountains nearby, have relatives in the city or were born here and moved somewhere else. Still, the beach is really beautiful and this restaurant is right on it. The place is really cozy, the view is great (especially when you can see Stromboli, the other Eolie islands and Sicily), the pizzas are very good, the prices are low and the staff is friendly. In the area, this place's impossible to beat.

We had a great time at Pino's this year. This is a typical southern Italy lido beach, but they also have a bar and pizzeria. After several days on the beach we ate here one evening and really enjoyed their pizzas. Everything is no-thrill, so don't expect anything fancy at all, but the prices are low and the taste is definitely satisfying. And the staff is really nice and friendly.

We went to L'Antica Ciambra for our final family night dinner and for the second time (we were there 2 years ago on our last visit) the food was superb! We had a wonderful dinner and the service was excellent(12 adults and 4 children). Thank you to all the waiters for a great dinner and service. we highly recommend this restaurant!

Senz'altro una novità nel contesto territoriale della Piana di Gioia Tauro. Originalità negli ambienti e piatti sani e ben fatti. Lo consiglio soprattuto per cenette intime. Ottima Chianina!

Everything about Vico Scuro is exceptional. Great atmosphere, great food & great people.This small family run restaurant is authentic, delicious and worth a trip to Gioia Tauro. The antipasto misto is creative, delicate and makes use of good local products - a total highlight. The Pasta dishes are typically Calabrian and not to be missed. The best part of the meal was certainly the delicious "Secondi" and endless side dishes. They have an amazing selection of wine and the knowledgeable staff knows how to recommend the right bottles. This place is a must.
