The family who run this restaurant and hotel really care about the food and we had the best meal of our holiday here. A delicious 5+ curse tasting menu kept us entertained all night with such food pairings as horseradish ice cream with pickled herring and melt in the mouth shoulder of lamb with smoked bean puree. Excellent in all respects- and very good wines

Abbiamo soggiornato nel b&b sopra il ristorante la sera prima di una gara di corsa in zona.Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario ( persona molto disponibile e gentile ) di poter cenare al ristorante con un semplice piatto di pasta in vista appunto della gara la mattina seguente e lui con estrema cortesia ci da un tavolo appartato per la cena.Non abbiamo potuto testare a pieno i piatti del menu, ordinando un antipasto Con affettati e formaggi, una porzione di canederli e una di pasta al pomodoro.Totale 42 euro, sinceramente decisamente troppo per quel che abbiamo mangiato.

We are talking about a gourmet restaurant, fin dining and interesting meals. The staff is professional and friendly, the atmosphere cozy and soft.After some days spent in Val Di Fassa, El Cianton has been absolutely the best restaurant in this area.Unfortunately they're not flexible with the dinner timing: you can get in to have dinner between 8.30 and 9.30pm. More flexibility would mean the next step to grow.Thank you soo much Topissi.We are proud about a feedback like this!About the opening time: our restaurant open at 8.30pm because before we have to serve the hotel guests. We prefer to be "not flexible" in order to guarantee the best service we can.Thanks for being patient and understanding: hope that the good dinner is what matters and what to remember.Grazie mille!
