Originally rural and laid out with many farms, in recent decades it has developed into a thriving suburb of Burlington, the largest city in the state of Vermont. The population of Williston was 8,698 at the 2010 census, an increase of over 1,000 people since the 2000 census. The estimated population in 2015 estimate was 9,409. Williston is one of the fastest-growing towns in Vermont, and while becoming more populated, it has also developed as a major retail center for the Burlington area as well as much of central and northern Vermont. The town contains the village of Williston, which is unincorporated.

Pub food and weekly entertainment. Although in the same building On Tap is not connected to El Gato. Plentiful seating throughout the venue. We prefer to away from the parking lot entrance especially in the winter. Large bar with TVs and access for those that want to eat a quicker meal. Wait staff are terrific and prices are very reasonable. Great place to watch a ball game or gather with friends or family.

My wife and I had a leisurely evening drinking and dining session prior to the Bob Dylan show in Shelburne. What a great find!I mainly came for the notable beer selection and I was not disappointed. I think they had about 5 Hill Farmstead taps, which is pretty exceptional for someone who doesn't live in the area. Plenty of other interesting craft brews as well, including a cherry cider! We didn't try any cocktails but the ones we saw along the bar looked very lovingly constructed.But the topper was the awesome edibles! the house-made veggie burger is unique and mouth-watering. the Mule burger was one of the tastiest I have ever eaten, and the fresh greens served on the side were so good I ordered and additional salad (which did not disappoint).Loved Mule Bar, can't wait to return!

Thereâs generally a long wait at this restaurant as itâs known to be one of the better ones in the Burlington area. They do have a very extensive selection of craft beers and the bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food is OK. Itâs rather pricey but that seems par for the course in Burlington. If you donât mind sitting at the bar, itâs worth it to wait there because you are likely to get a spot for dinner sooner than if you wait for a table, and the service at the bar is excellent!

This is a reconfiguration of the old Trader Dukes. It has the feel of a traditional mid-range hotel restaurant with clean, though somewhat austere, atmosphere. The menu is adequate. Service was as expected for a hotel restaurant and the overall experience was favorable. Visit during weekday lunch was not crowded. On the whole, a good place for a leisurely lunch with no frills.Thank you for your comments about the new Duke's Public House. We appreciate your feedback.

Fantastic cider! My husband and I each tried a cider flight and enjoyed it very much. We even bought some cider to take with us. Cute business and friendly staff. Be aware that GPS does not take you to the Citizen Cider's business location. We were walking around a block over when an employee walked by us. We were able to ask for directions and were told that lost people are a common occurrence. Will come back here the next time we are in Burlington!

Couldn't resist the name. Dropped in for dinner and found it friendly and welcoming, the kind of neighbourhood bar where everyone knows your name, but they didn&t mind a few tourists, either.Beer menu was expensive and the beer was cold. My wife recommended the taco salad.Fun place for refuelling of an evening.

Took our grandson to American Flatbread for his birthday. The restaurant has been in Burlington for several years but I had never been there. The oven is in a convenient part of the restaurant so you can watch the action. That was nice and made the ambiance quite nece. We had four people so we ordered two pizzas and they were excellent. We had one meat lovers and one plain cheese. The service was very good with the servers spelling each other and making sure that customers were not left waiting for their food.I will be back.

Stopped by for lunch with friends and spent two hours catching up. The restaurant was not slammed and since the space wasnât needed we just enjoyed ourselves. The staff was great as was the food. I had the Reuben sandwich with fries, everybody else had the salad bar. Our lunch was great. The facility was clean and very comfortable. The menu prices were very reasonable.

Wanted to meet a friend for a beer and he suggested McGillicuddy's in Williston. Glad he did, because we were able to converse in a comfortable pub atmosphere with a great selection of beers to choose from. Can't comment on food, but we did enjoy a couple of the Kentucky bourbon ales, a thick and dark Stillwater stout and the Revision Lord Lupulin New Englnad style IPA, a nice hazy tart pale ale. Looked like a great place to bring the family on a Friday eve for pub food and then shopping or a movie nearby. Lots of TVs for sports fans. Must say the bartender we had was just the best! Can't recall his name, but did he know his beers. Very knowledgeable without being stuffy or superior. We really enjoyed conversing with him.
