Had a birthday party for 16 guest at Sherlock Holmes on the 15th of October. We planned the whole dinner with a member of the staff. Starter dish, which was a Caesar salad, with wine, a main course with another wine and finally a dessert with yet at third wine.First, the Caesar salad came without the salad sauce which in fact is the most essential part of a Caesar salad.... All wines ordered for all three courses were put at the table directly from start, which made the choosing of wine for a particular course completely unnecessary. During speeches the staff didn´t have enough brains to turn the music down without me telling them. Don´t they have restaurant schools in Ufa?It really would not take much to make this experience a five-star one, but they really came in short due to unprofessionality at the table.Otherwise, it´s a nice restaurant with reasonably good food, but one must wonder how on earth they could serve "Caesar salad" without the sauce? Food is good, (though the pumpkin soup was lukewarm,) and plated nicely. We ordered two drinks, and 7 food items. Each thing came out separately, and one food item never came. A manager came out at least 10 minutes after everything else was gone to say it would not be coming. We did not understand why, but we thought we should've been told much sooner.

Draught beer is not cold enough, burger is just slightly better than in McDonalds, other food is so-so, service is average at the best and on top of that, live music is so loud that it is hurting ears on a dance poll.What completely ruined our experience is that on a next day we found that they included cheesecake in the bill that was not served. Nice place with very good music from the DJ. Own brewery and its really tasty dark and blond beer. Food is very nice and staff very friendly. They have English speaking staff as well . Prices are average.Thanx for coming!We will be glad to see you again!)

No effort has been spared to create a piece of Scotland in Bashkortostan, and it works. The beer is absolutely superb, and it is clear that a lot of effort and research has gone into producing a genuinely quality product.
