They have really interesting choice of beer there. I have found a few of my favorite. However pizza was not so tasty. They need to improve it. Size was also too small. I have also tasted their homemade orange 33% spirit. Very tasty. Generally good place for beer. For eating food maybe not.

One of the nicest places in central Sopot. Great wine served by people who know wine. The service is generally outstanding, pleasant and very customer oriented, which is not a given in Sopot which gets flooded with tourists! This wine bar is good for everything, dates, meeting with friends, family gatherings! Good outside seating area is an added bonus!

When we visited Sopot we saw this restaurant come up in our research. We spent some wonderful holidays in Czechoslovakia back in the early 90's and as vegetarians almost lived off of fried cheese!So on our first evening we went along. The place is very inviting and staff were very friendly. Further those of a certain age will remember the character "Mole" from the Czech cartoon series, there was a giant plush version sitting on a table looking very happy with his lot!Yes! They had fried cheese and Czech dark beer we rounded the meal off with homemade plum spirit, this was amazing. I don't really like Slivovice but this was like drinking alcoholic plum juice. Again being veggie it is not possible to state the quality of meat dishes but judging by the way our fellow guests were eating I took it to be of good quality. With regards to access, there is a couple of steps into the venue and small steps up to some of the tables but I think all but the least mobile should find no problem gaining access. Suffice to say we went the next night too and vowed to visit The Czech Republic again soon. So thanks Cesky Film.

Konsulat Dobrego Piwa was a great craft beer bar we found on our resent holiday to Gdansk and Sopot. We had took the short train ride down to Sopot from Gdansk where we were staying and this was one of the first bars we had picked out to visit.Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here,a cool looking interior,mostly exposed brickwork with Beer posters and enamels adorning the walls and a great looking solid brick serving bar ,there's also plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar and outside in their fabulous beer garden,it really was a bar I am so glad we visited. The bar offers a great choice of craft beer both on draught and in bottles and also local commercial brews such as PerÅa beer.My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a Sunday afternoon and after a quick study of the beers on offer I started with Ale Browar "Johnny Sour " and this delicious sour beer was served in tip top condition, bursting with taste and very refreshing it was a beer to savour and not to rush but being in such a wonderful bar and enjoying such a quality beer why would you want to rush anything. This beer was outstanding, as much as I enjoy the local brews such as Zywiec beer and Tyskie beer it's just so good sampling a well crafted beer and these beers were quality. While drinking my first beer I already had my next beer picked out and went for Kormonran Browar " Chill beer " and again this was a quality beer,a hoppy light beer that was just a joy to drink ,I just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great bar we were in .We really enjoyed our beers in here, my brother also had two great beers, he went for Kuriozum Browar " Golden sunset " and Szpunt Browar " equanior " which he really enjoyed and between us we sampled four great beers before moving on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this great bar. Konsulat Dobrego Piwa is easy to locate,from Sopot Train Station walk the opposite way from the Main town area down a street called Podjazd onto Generala WÅadyslawa Sikorskiego and head to Memorial Park area,it's not a long walk .Opening hours are;Monday to Thursday,4pm till 1am. Friday & Saturday,Midday till 2am. Sunday,4pm till 1am. A great craft beer bar and well worth checking out. Hi Neil! I really appreciate that you took the time to share your opinion with us. We went there for sentimental reasons. It was a place where and where we First met with my wife so expectations were high. The design of the place is completely refurbished. There is a great selection of beers from a tap. But what I was amazed personally most is the selection of whisky. The place definitely has its own style and I really wish them the best.

From the moment I arrived with friends we were met with a smiley happy owner.. He was beyond friendly which has not been an experience in other bars in Sopot..He was generous with the alcohol shots too with great variety available..The complimentary snacks were a saver ..Once you visit you can't help but return time after time.. Because as in life, what you experience for the first time, you remember all you life. So I will remember this place for sure, every thing was wonderfull! The food and music was what I looked forward, and as promised it satisfied me all the way (them shrimps specially!). As for the people, will always remember them for good care and serivce! Oh and remember to try thier home made Pear Vodka!

Everything as it should be. Attentive service. Whisky burger delicious. Even the sides (we had sweetcorn and beetroot) were super. Recommended if you like the American vibe and are not counting the calories.Itâs a huge pleasure to read such a comment. My husband stumbled upon this restaurant while on TripAdvisor and it did not dissapoint!! Its a very casual place (we sat outside) but the food and service was SO good! Best Nachos i ever had and also burittos were to die for. We were so full but wanted to keep eating. When i got back to Sopot, I will go again for sure. It is virtrually next door to the Sopot Marriott hotel, there is a basketball court in between.
