We entered a cafÃ© and actually ended in a really tasty restaurant. The menu is sparse as you have a choice between 4 set menus. It's all in Japanese of course. We ordered what we think was a tomato risotto and a cheese curry. And we're not disappointed. The menu comes with a delicious soup and a salad whose dressing is home made. Eventually, we decided to buy a bottle of that dressing. The staff is very friendly and happy to accommodate you with their excellent cuisine. There, you can also find a lot of information on what to do while in Rishiri.
