Visited for a Saturday lunch in the upstairs section. The decor and environment is much nicer than the standard âpubâ, and the menu items are more varied.The lunch meals were substantially cheaper than the night menu (which had many of the same options), and the portions were very generous. The only downside was that it took a while between ordering and receiving our meals - but Iâd prefer wait than get something quickly slapped together. We had the Legend Burger and Vege Open Grill - both were a step above usual hotel fare. I would come back again for either of them. We enjoyed the lunch more than we expected. We are staying in the Woombye area and decided to have dinner at the Woombye Pub. The restaurant area is large and inviting. Staff are friendly. The menu is usual pub fare. We selected schnitzel from the black board menu. Made in the restaurant, succulent and filling. It was excellent. Definitely put the Woombye hotel on your list for lunch or dinner.Hi Hef2, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review. Great welcome and service. Some of the best pizza Iâve ever tasted (including trips to Italy). Light crust and tasty fior di latte cheese. Recommend the truffle pizza. Enjoyed their American style IPA too. 3 visits now and never been let down.

Lunch on a Sunday. Group of 8.Service was friendly and reasonably quick. Burgers were disappointing. Dry and overcooked. I ordered a triple blue cheese burger. Rissoles blend and dry. There were only two rissoles in my triple and could not find blue cheese sauce.Wont be back.

Went to the bison bar for the first time to see Rick PriceWas not disappointed, but would love to go one night when it is not as crowdedThe decor is amazing and sitting in lovely comfortable sofas made the experience even betterOn this particular night we had to wait outside for quite a while Rick Price did his sound check which was not the fault of the owners but it did start to rain and everyone was getting a little restlessChris Price is obviously a perfectionist and the quality of his show proved thisBecause of the number of people it did take a while to get drinks, but the night was still memorable And to quote Rick Price himself it is a "sexy little place"
