Visited the bar on Sunday 18/8/19. A very warm and friendly welcome from Tommy. Good chat and banter and good drinks. I have been visiting the area for 7 year and have only âdiscoveredâ the bar on this trip. I wish I had found it earlier. Clean, friendly and very welcoming. Will be back.

Colin does the best breakfasts in La Cala. This is already well known amongst locals. The food in general though is absolutely fantastic. My wife loves Nachos and said these were the best she has ever had! High praise indeed. I had a salmon wrap today and it was delicious. Highly recommend The Times for food and general friendly service. We are here on our final day of holidays for a birthday meal. I was very sceptical due to the location, I wasnt expecting much. I was amazed. Itâs actually really lovely and food was fabulous. Really big portions and extremely reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and the owner came over to chat. His partner is the chef who also came to say hello. If I had eaten in there at the beginning of the holiday I would definitely had more meals there.

We've visited Bacchus every year since it opened & last year met new owners Santiago & Simone. Earlier this month we returned for dinner and enjoyed an excellent meal of tapas & a steak sharing plate. The menu has been greatly expanded and there is something for everyone all accompanied by excellent drinks. Santiago is very knowledgeable about wines, cocktails & spirits & Simone conjures up wonderful home made food. We went for dinner again before our return home & had a great evening chatting to fellow diners & were blown away by Santiago & Simone's hospitality. Fabulous burgers and really friendly service. Wonderful home made burgers and fries. We had a variety of different burgers between the 3 of us and all were terrific. Coupled with an excellent rioja for only â¬10 a bottle made this a very good value evening out.

Called Up booked a table. We turned up early had a couple of drinks at the bar before we were seated. Everyone ordered the roast dinner & cheesecake.Roast was spot on. Just like walking into nanâs House on a Sunday uninvited, sit down to a plate of proper home cooked food followed by a home made cheesecake. Nothing was left on the plates & it was the best meal of a 2 week stay in Malaga for sure.Yorkshire pudding were huge! Cheesecake was something else. Owners couldnât do enough for you. Called here for a meal on our way back to airport I had the most amazing prawn salad which came with fresh pineapple strawberries kiwi fruit and cranberries Hubby had honey roast gammon baguette and a side of chips everything was delicious Lovely staff and nice atmosphere
