We had chicken wiener schnitzel and Serbian muckalica and were happy with it. Muckalica was a bit salty but otherwise nicely cooked and spicy. Schnitzel was juicy and not greasy. The only problem ( encauntered in all Zambian restaurants we have visited) was that they did not have couple of wines from the wine list available. And especially those we have vhosen...

I recently visited Zambia, i haven't been to Zambia in about 15 years. I stumbled upon Meraki as I was in need of good old American Breakfast, let's just say they didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, the coffee was as good as Starbucks coffee, maybe even better. The owners of the place, a young couple even took the time to come out and say hello to us. If you are visiting Zambia and are used to a good old American Diner, this is the place to be...the only plus is you get to enjoy a cocktail in the Zambian sun on their beautiful patio.

This is a delightful courtyard property with mexican (note small 'm') food. It's light, refined and well-presented. The staff are delightful and the ambience in the evening is special.The guacamole is very good and the fish tacos are wonderfully light - perfect dining in warmer weather.The margaritas are really good and after a couple you could feel transported to the pacific coast of Mexico!Thank you for the awesome review! Had heard about this place from friends and decided to try it one Sunday afternoon. What a lovely surprise. It has a rustic looking pub vibe going on with an open plan setting and a relaxed ambiance about the place. We sat on one of the high tables and were immediately served by one of the waitresses. She was attentive and prompt with service. The menu is simple and the food came quick. It is barbecued right outside on charcoal grills. If there is anything I can complain about, its the fact that they didn't have the ingredients for my Margarita and one of our steaks was not grilled to the medium we requested. Other than that, we will be going back!

A group of seven of us got a table in the cove outside by the pool. This place is lovely. Really put in the time and effort to make this place unique and it shows through all the decor and surroundings. Mini provides for different beers, wind, and cocktails. There are appetizers, pizzas, burgers, steaks, salads, and more. I had a Grande BLT. A gargantuan burger that was about the size of my head, it came with a little side salad with a tasty basalmic vinegarette, and incredibly tasty french fries. Honestly, *this was a top 10 burger!!*The seafood skewers not only looked amazing, but they tasted amazing as they looked. The picture I posted speaks for itself.Others enjoy the barbecue brisket Burger or pizzas, and everybody enjoyed their meals.Service was absolutely on point, and the prices are very reasonable â â especially given the quality and quantity of food that you get. Incredible service and always with a smile. Had a steak that was cooked perfectly with a Madagascar pepper sauce with a huge salad. Food was great, setting is simple but nice and the service is exceptional.Seems to be a popular business hangout. Together with my boyfriend and two friends we came here for a couple of beers/drinks. There was no room inside so we sat at one of the many picnic tables outside the cafe which was for the best since the music was incredibly loud. You pay 23 kwacha for a 0,5L beer. The whole evening there was live music which was really nice; they were very good! I had a good time, would go there again.Thank you for your feedback Esther. Glad you enjoyed your evening. Food is ok, but for the price not worth it! Very expensive for what you get. Not the best service and around the swimming pool area the people behave very inappropriate for a family restaurant. Been there before and it was the same (we went there as a family). They will definitely not see us again! I am more than a little disappointed to hear you describe inappropriate behaviour around the pool - as this is certainly something that we don't condone, and very rarely have cause for concern over. I would be very grateful if you would contact me directly (via the address on our TripAdvisor, or web page), so that I can gain a better understanding of what you experienced. Although I'm not always at the hotel personally, I am usually very in touch with things that concern our guests - and inappropriate behaviour I am very surprised wasn't reported to me!Grateful for your further feedback.
