We (members of Newcastleton Golf Club) used Nuno's Bar as a base for a week's golfing in the Eastern Algarve. We rented a villa nearby and in the evenings played pool, cards, watched football and drank in Nuno's Bar. His hospitality was simply tremendous. His lovely wife prepared a delicious traditional Portuguese meal plus cakes for all of us one evening that was out of this world. Nuno also speaks very good English which was helpful.

I tried this new Tapas bar called , WINE AND BEER in my local town recently overlooking the main square and fountains.The Gin and Tonic was perfect. I had the best Tuna salad Iâve ever had and the surprise desert was exceptional.Great service, great quality food , and great value.What more do you want.

We had fish and chips - not sure what the fish was but it was tasty. The batter was a little greasy but was crisp and certainly more than acceptable. The owner/Chef/Waiter was inviting, friendly and helpful.The food was freshly cooked and there is a good selection. Will go back.
