Trendy-furnished, good value for money, international customers, nice selection of dishes. However, no (promised) wi fi, overdone steak(ordered 'raw' got almost 'well done', too smoky even for a hookah place and ... why would it take to serve an ordered straight shot when I'm seated 5 feet in front of the bar and the place is merely 60% filled. Report is based on three visits. Brighter note - 5% discount for PrivatBank cards holders is still working, unlike some other places.

We visited here the first time after rejecting two other establishments due to the disinterested and rather rude staff we encountered. I will never really understand why so many hired staff in this part of Ukraine can't be bothered to woo customers, especially English speaking ones that are likely to offer good tips for good food and service. In the end we were happy to discover this unique place that offers their name signature craft beer, oven fired pizza, and a nice selection of salads, starters, and entrees. After our first visit, we returned a few nights later, and spent St. Patrick's Day evening here as well.

For my last stay in Ukraine we tried to visit this restaurant three times - the indoor basement has never possessed with the spare seats. Today we tried to book the table via the website form - nobody called us back. We have just contacted the cuisine management by ourselves and that has also been a challenge to go thru the engaged phone. The person on the other side answered without any greetings - can you be more polite, I am not calling the prison staff? We were suggested with the seats outside while the temp s 55F - U must be seriously kidding. One star, no recommendation for this spot. Never again

My wife and I stopped here early on a Monday evening after walking from the City Mall and Auchan, to Prospekt Sobornyi. It is a new cafe, with a very upscale and attractive interior, featuring two high counter type tables against the two side walls, and one against the street facing windows. With seating for about 12 people, they are set up to do a good take-out business at the same time as serving a few eat-in customers. We we very well received by the two attentive staff members, who prepared all of the food per our orders, and all done freshly on the spot. As a big fan of beer-on-tap, we were not disappointed while enjoying a few cold ones before, during and after our meal.We shared a plate of three large kebab style chicken and pork dishes garnished with onion and parsley, a large serving of kartochka frites (french fries), and a Greek style green salad. We enjoyed it so much, and were so pleased with the food, the service, and the price, that we plan to go back again very soon!

I ate here on my last trip to Zaporozhye. It was recommended to me by my translator and fiance. Love the atmosphere. The pizza was great. They have take out which i will remember for my next trip as I would enjoy getting a pizza to go to bring back to my room. I also tried their chicken meatball soup and a chicken dish, it was fantastic. The service was very good. The server I had spoke fluent English. She stood out as she was tall, red hair and tattoos. She was one the best servers I have ever had. My fiance and intend to start our pre-wedding party with friends at this restaurant.

We ordered some different pizzas and were absolutely satisfied by the quality and provided service of the restaurant. We have got aquainted with the owner of "Bella Italia", a friendly Osvaldo - the Italian who does his best to trasfer to the citizens of our town of Zaporizhzhya - "il cibo e la cultura del Bel Paese" (the foof and the culture of Italy). We have definitely decided to come back again so that to try a tasty lasagna and more tasty Tiramisu:)P.S. The prices are more than reasanable.

We ate here last year and decided to visit again as other restaurants were fully booked.Both the Spaghetti with Porcini and veal steak I had were well worth returning for. I also tried, and can recommend the jug of freshly squeezed citrus we drank. Service was friendly and helpful, apart from one rude barman, who didn't realise we spoke Russian. Therefore I can only give four out of five

The rooms below have a peculiar medieval interior and are somewhat isolated from each other. To the contrast, ground level is full of uncomfortable tables put too close and is not really special at all. The food was okay (not great, but not bad either), drinks selection is average at best. Overall, it's nice if you can reserve a room below for a company, otherwise, omit it.
