Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Upper Sandusky. Upper Sandusky is a city and the county seat of Wyandot County, Ohio, United States, along the Sandusky River. The population was 6,596 at the 2010 census. The city takes its name from an earlier Wyandot Indian village of the same name, which was located nearby. Upper Sandusky is rich in history. Its origins date back to the early 1780s. It was home to the Wyandotte Native Americans until 1842. Upper Sandusky became the Wyandot County seat in 1843. It was named "Upper" because it is located near the headwaters of the Sandusky River; Sandusky, Ohio is at the mouth of the same river, some 50 miles (80 km) away. The head of city government, as of 2013, is Mayor Scott Washburn.

We finally got to try this place after it moved into a new venue formally was a pizza place now a nice sitdown fine dining place for us to enjoy in our small town. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and look forward to dining there many more times in the future. One very exciting thing that we found out is that our favorite bartender has now joined this establishment so that makes it even better place for us to go! We would recommend any of the pasta dishes and don’t forget to try some incredible drinks made by a very experienced bartender my favorite ,is the pomegranate martini.

We headed off the major thoroughfare after reading wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor. 1. No one mentioned this is a hole in the wall establishment with 2-3 tables. Ok, we just split up between 2 tables. 2. After going through the process of deciding on what we wanted, the guy at counter told us they were too busy to accommodate us. I will give him kudos for not letting us sit for ages with no food appearing. But, why not say do when 7 walked in the door 3. Please, if you review and a place that is just carry out, say so. Makes me wonder if the reviews were "made up"4. Thankful a name brand pizza eatery was down the street!

This pizza was super good, loaded with topping (extra cheese not necessary--tons of cheese!). Thinnish crust, classic sauce and cut in squares! Guy who worked there however seemed unhappy with the world...too bad dude. Definitely recommended. No chain compares! No seating available, so if you pick-up, drive down to Harrison Smith Park and enjoy your pie al fresco! Also opens at 4pm so no lunch option.

This is a old market made into a restaurant. The owner/chef is from Boston and a super nice man. We stopped for dinner on the advice from brother and nephews. We had the fish plater and it was excellent. You get a cup of New England clam chowder to start. It was the best I have ever tasted. So good that I went back the next day just for the chowder. Had a chicken salad sandwich that was great with it. The bread and pies are all Amish made and worth the trip just for that. I am told the breakfasts are out of this world but haven’t made it there yet for that. I was told the French toast and the apple omelette are excellent. I am looking forward to trying them. What a gem just a short way off of 23. Worth the trip!
