We decided to try the place and invited few friends with us. We wanted to order pizza but they have only a couple of pizza base left on a Sunday around 12:20 noon...We took those (one very salty, one ok) and order few burgers as well...the patty was very poor quality! Service ok but food came after app 90 minutes! Price ok, some offers running but overall not a place I will recommend. Food must be available at least on weekend and kitchen staff must be faster.Good day Mr. Viorel ,First of all will like to thank you for taking time to give us your feedback ! As far as I notice is not your first time coming to our restaurant witch makes you regular guest ! We are glad to have guests with many returns:) ! Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience that you confronted in that day and here iâll highlight the food delayed! There is no excuse but our chef itâs using fresh products and we prepare everything on the spot most probably were lots of demands in that day as well with delivery department! My girlfriend and I came back to the seaside and we could not miss the opportunity to eat again at Ballans restaurant. I couldn't wait to eat a spicy mexican platter again and my girlfriend loves their pancakes. We especially asked to be served by the same waiter, Florin .. he did not disappoint us this time either. We can't wait to come back next year !!!

I tried this place because of tripadvisor ratings and I agree that could be one of the safe and best places to eat in CostineÈti.It looks and it is clean and the staff is friendly. The place is fair decorated, much better than most of other places here. I ordered a pizza and a beer and the waiter moved quick, so I was enjoying my drink until the pizza came.It was a vegetarian one, i didn't pretend to much from it andI can say it was a fair one. The dough was thin enough for me, the vegetables were so and so. I don't have any comment for this. It was also beyond my expectations.As a conclusion, clean place, fair food, nice staff, quick service, fair prices.

I was impressed by the foodâs quality.... the beef was excelent cooked , the pasta choice was delicious And pizza is very good. The cannoli ( hope i wrote correct) for desert were delicious as we asked a second plate of thoseThe place itself is nice and cozy , wish in the back terrace it would be possible to smoke but not yet ( maybe in the summer time ) The only thing i could say i was not 100% satisfied was the service ... as u really needed to wait for the ladies to be Able to ask for anything ( extra fork, salt, we asked for pizza sauce and was brought after 10minutes) . If they could improve this everything would me 100% great

We ate here during our stay in June 2019 - every day, for a week. Each meal we chose was excelllent in taste and we didn't have any health problems. The portions are big / generous. And what we especially appreciated was the service. Every waiter that served us was very polite, joyful, attentive. This is a valuable advantage!

This is the only place I know in Constanta where you can have a pizza based on a napolitan recipe, freshly baked in the wooden oven and absolutely delicious!The scent of the pizzas in the oven will welcome you.The owners are also very hospitable.Great choice!

Cannot give more because they told we cannot serve you because in 1 hour is comming reservations. I don't understand their mentality how they are selecting their clients, we want also to make reservation for 1 meeting in Ovidiu square area and they told they are full, when we passed, by walk to other restaurant, they have planty tables free. I personaly will not make anymore decision to go there to take food.

Quality food prepared in a proper way. relaxing and fine atmosphere, good wine and excellent deserts. Every dish comes with a recommendation. I attended a few events here and were excellent organized.

Att gå på restaurang med små barn kan vara svårt. På denna restaurang fanns små bord med stolar för barn, gungor, studsmatta, rutschkana, barnen var sysselsatta.Maten var god dock mycket som saknades. Man fick välja bort en del men det man fick var ok.Personalen var till tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Antagligen inte högsäsong de blir bättre då;)Rekommenderar denna då man ska dit med barn.

This year we ate at the waiter-served restaurant, which has more comfortable chairs than the self-service part. RON 22 for a 4 cheese pizza and the same for a meat/ham/salami/chilli pepper pizza - absolutely delicious. Always does a good trade.
