I've been going here for many year, and while the price has inched up on this special offering the quality has remained good. Of course they have plenty of other offering here and have a good reputation for properly cooked and loaded pizzas. It's nice buying local from a small business and supporting the local community around you rather than corporate chain locations. No inside seating, so take out or delivery only. Find a local park and enjoy it outdoors or take it home, work, or someplace else.

3/21/08 was the first time we had Jet's pizza and it is located just down the street from where we live. Me and my husband both agree it is our new favorite! We got the square pizza and it was the best pizza I have had in a long time. Wish I would have tried it a long time ago.

the grinders here are to die for! the rolls are crispy, crusty but soft inside and always fresh. a large variety of grinders to choose from but also other items on the menu incuding pizza. take out or casual dining. good food for a great price. you'll be back for more.

Hands down, the best pizza in the entire downriver area and I have tried them all...the kind with the little pepperonies that curl up when baked...loaded with cheese. Been around for over 40 years and a pretty decent Italian menu as well. Take out only.

We love going to Karl's pizza it is the best pizza out there and I prefer Karl's over all other pizza places. I love there old style ovens and really good food as well not just the pizza. Just awesome!!

Four adults, each ordering their own individual entrée, but they canât deliver them within 45 minutes of each other! First out, 2 entree salads. About 15 minutes later, we were told the other two items were âcoming right upâ. A short while later, as one person finished his salad, entree #3 (pizza) arrived. Fourth person asked waitress to check on his food. She looked surprised and said of course. She came back and said it was almost ready. The next time we saw the waitress, they had the exact same conversation about missing entree #4.Finally, about 1/2 hour after the pizza arrived, entree # 4 (a sub sandwich) was delivered. Same thing, last two visits. Unbelievable...Most employees are pretty nice, as are owners. Reasonably clean, average prices and food is ok. We go primarily because thereâs never a wait. But then we wait. And wait. And wait...

We came here because people recommended it for "Detroit style" pizza. Turns out, that's really just the equivalent of a Pizza Hut style pizza. That being said, it was delicious and the service was great and the prices were cheap. Would recommend for what it is.Thank you for sharing your feedback. If you are flying out of, or into Detroit Metro Airport and want to some dinnertlunch before or after your flight, I highly recommend this tucked away hidden gem...Located just north of I-94 on the east side of Merriman Rd. is this tasty, authentic Italian restaurant. We really enjoy the bruschetta plate as an appetizer. We eat it all, and typically up taking our entree home in a clam shell.There is a bar with a large selection to chose from. There is also carry out pizza through a separate entrance. Outdoor seating is available on those pleasant evenings. However, it the wind is right, you will be in the flight plan for takeoff from the airport. It that kind of thing doesn't bother you, the outdoor seating is very nice. During the cooler evenings heat is provided through patio heaters.When we are in the mood for a great pizza, or an authentic Italian plate. This is where we go. Pais is a local restaurant we have enjoyed for many years. This past year 2018 we have made it tradition to have our birthday dinners here. Our family has grown so big and it makes it easy and affordable for all of us to meet at pias and have a delicious dinner that everyone enjoys. The service is great and we will continue this tradition in 2019 as well!

Service is friendly and the food is delicious. Pizza Papalis is an institution. If youâre in the area, take advantage of the opportunity to have it without having to deal with the hassle of going downtown! Always one of my favorite pizzas. Wish I could try more on the menu, but I always want pizza!
