I first walked in here with my wife I thought it might be a quaint family run Italian, my god we were super wrong. The starters took 45 minutes to come then the main no took another 40 minutes. My wifeâs mushroom dog she was Ragu sauce and mushrooms. My daughter she was supposed to be chicken in a brandy mustard sauce, instead I got dry chicken and a sachet peppercorn sauce. Crap food, crap service. Nice location it might be ok food r pizza and parmo.We apologise that there was a delay in your food the two dishes you ordered are two of our best sellers. All of our food is freshly prepared we use no sachets or packets we apologise that you had a bad dining experience with us we are a family run business and pride ourselves in our service and our food

The pizza, kebab and burgers are ok. Nothing to write home about, but ok. The chicken is shocking. It's over cooked and over herbed. I love herbs but the stuff we got was way over the top. Spoilt everything and ended up in the bin. I've give it a 2 as a takeaway is a treat and when moneys wasted it's a disappointment.

im often sceptical of many of these kebab/parmo/pizza shops,having had more than a few bad experiences but having been out on Saturday,i knew i wouldnt want to cook when i got home.I went into Vivaldis,an establishment id never visited before,ordered a large doner kebab and a portion of chips.Fairly quick service,but wasnt long after opening time.The kebab was very nice,though ive tasted better pitta bread.also as usual for this area the meat and salad wasnt stuffed into the bread,which to me doesnt make it as tasty.Chips were pretty good as well.it was a mountain size meal and sadly i didnt finish it,i now know the portion size and will reduce the order.Sat in the place,on the window ledge.Looked very clean and unlike other shops of this type i was fine afterwards.

Have been here many times since my last review.decided to review again after todays visit.Tommy Tuckers is still as good as it was when i reviewed last.The service as ever was very quick,despite me interrupting the owners mug of tea.All the staff in there are always lovely and friendly.I had a mug of tea(certainly the best in town) and a sausage sandwich(a long bun with 3 sausages).Under £4.As a Redcar town centre cafe it cant be beaten even though its very basic with just a few tables and chairs,and is just as much a takeaway place as eat in.

We've visited this italian a couple of times and the food is always spot on! I normally go with a soup or garlic mushroom as a starter which is always lovely, For a main i got a chicken in peppercorn sauce with a side of chips, my wife went with bread and olives and a chicken in mushroom sauce with a side order of chips the food and atmosphere is great. I had to give this restraunt a 3 star because I didn't like how rudely the manager spoke to one of the young waitresses, when we finished our meal we asked for the dessert board I chosee the tiramisu and my wife chose a sticky pudding both were lovely! When we decided to leave we asked for our bill which was reasonable prices I decided to leave a tip for the young waitress on the table but when she cleared our table she put the tips into this jar which we were told by someone near us that the staff dont get the tips,I wont be leaving tips again! Ok, so our family has had, Pizzas, kebabs, Parmos, Chips and free lollipops for the kids from here. We keep going back here more so than any other kebab shop because they are simply better than most in the town!Its not a restaurant though, its a takeaway :)

Haven't been disappointed ever from this takeaway. The food is good, it's plentiful and there are enough people in the kitchen to ensure a speedy process throughout. They do a roaring delivery service too and the phone never stops ringing which I suppose proves my point

Visited on a recommendation Had mussels to start sauce lovely but for the life of me dont understand why when you can see the sea practically from the front door they would use frozen green lip mussels ?? Had a rib eye steak ordered mediim rare and for the second time in a week came out well done is it that diffecult to cook a steak 2 different restaurants in a week both very over done.Staff were exeĺlent offered to replace straight away but as my partner was eating find it off putting to sit there with no food so i ate it the chips homemade were lovely as was the sauce.Waitress brought over a glass of wine to apologise which was nice did nt want or expect that just wanted to highlight a training issue with the chef.I probably will try again soon just hope the food matches the service next time.
