In some ways, Bollene has the feel of an abandoned town heading downwards from a better past. The same could be said of La Flambee, which serves excellent pizza at reasonable prices, but is rather dingy and with unprepossessing service. Not exactly rude or unfriendly, but no real attempt to make the guest feel welcome and very much a take it or leave it attitude.

Finally ate in this restaurant on the final evening of our stay at the camping. Majority of the staff at the restaurant appears to be italian, which possitivly effects the food. Dishes are average but nicely prised. Good to have this at the campingsite'

We've always know the owner François as a great cook and are so happy that he started a place of his own. It's a pearle near the river where the canoetrips end and does mostly pizzas for take away albeit possible to eat on the few chairs available. The place is rockstyle and the pizzas are delicious. François invents his own pizzas and he is very gifted. Try the new truffle pizza, you'll never eat something like it again if you don't live in st Martin. Succulent.

We loved this place, the USA pizza was incredible and the ice cream sundae at the end was amazing. Home run... the service was good and the owner was friendly. je commande tres souvent chez Pizza Minutes. les pizzas sont tres bonnes, le camion est present tous les jours, meme le jours feriés. je vous conseille la chevre miel, extra.....carte de fidelité, 1 pizza gratuite toutes les 10 pizzas achetées
