In town for business I needed a lunch place. Very clean, nice fresh interior, nicely lit through big windows. Fast service (speaks English), good fresh pizza from a wood fired oven. Dough could be a little harder, but very thin. Excellent. â¬7,5 for a bacon pizza. Good job well done.

Cili Pica is a chain of fast-food pizzarias headquartered in Lithuania. They have a fairly standard menu of varieties of pizza, some sandwiches, some salads and they also serve breakfast and alcohol. We stopped here on a quick visit to Panevezys to get something to eat before exploring as my companion who is from Latvia was familiar with this chain of restaurants and said we could probably get something quick. This restaurant is pretty dark and there were hardly any customers in it which should have been a warning. Service was painfully slow, the server didn't really know the menu, didn't speak much English (which was OK since between my friend and I we know about 8 languages). The food was cold and fairly unappetizing. My friend was very surprised with our experience at Cili Pica in Panevezys as she says their other restaurants are much better. The restaurant was clean and has a nice view out its windows but this isn't a place I can recommend.
4. Tik Pizza
Comfortable spot. Near entertainment room for children. The pizza is baked in a wood-burning stove. The ingredients are imported from Italy.

My friend recommended me this pizzeria as one of the best in PanevÄžys. I've visited here twice already. For the first time I ordered the pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. The second time we ate ham pizza with Philadelphia. It was a little too much sauce and the taste was not very surprised. But here I come back because the quality is better than Charlie Pizza, Äili Pizza or other similar pizza nets.
