We planned on going to another Italian restaurant nearby (which was shut) and stumbled upon this place thanks to trip advisor and GPRS. It was fairly busy for a Tuesday and we were given a nice seat by the window. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive - we really wanted garlic bread or similar to start (yes we are trashy tourists!) and she suggested their very own pizza base with a little tomato sauce which was divine: thin, light and crispy and served with their home made chilli sauce on the side. The pasta we chose was delicious - I went for the penne with scampi which was in a garlic, tomato base sauce and deliciously fresh. My other half went for the lasagna (as boys do) and it didnât disappoint. Chianti by the glass was incredibly good value given it was really tasty (oaky but light). And the tiramisu ordered for desert was light and creamy!!! The owner also gave us some great tips for local ski resorts, spas and villages to see - which was helpful given we were at theStart of the trip. Overall - it was very much a lovely place that I would visit again without hesitation: unassuming, honest and delicious Italian food cooked with passion!

Vapiano are a chain of restaurants found across Europe - in Germany and Austria.There is vast selection of pasta dishes, pizzas and my favourite - the lasagne - very tastyThe food is freshly cooked and nutritious. The prices are reasonable compared to some restaurants we ate at.Highly recommended

We know Italian, so,when we tried this place for the second time we were unpleasantly surprised. First time, food good, service good.This time, terrible service. Rude wait staff, over cooked pasta, terrible wine by the glass.Won't make this mistake gain.

We were here following the good ratings and my boyfriendâs pizza craving - itâs a small cozy joint, which I immediately liked, but for my surprise Austria is way behind on âsmoking lawsâ, as we had ordered, the table next to ours started to light up cigarettes, I lost my appetite instantly. I just cant understand how restaurants still allow this indoors. Anyway our visit there was shorter than expected, pizza was great (Porky and Best) but ambience is a big no-no for me, next time is a take away for sure.

We ordered 2 pastas, 2 drinks, and 1 dessert and the total was only 30 euros! This was especially surprising because the pasta portions were very large and also delicious. We ate a late lunch around 5:00pm and werenât hungry again that night for dinner. The home made tiramisu was the best Iâve ever had. Thereâs outdoor seating, and it was a beautiful day. The service was very fast and friendly.

We arrived late in Mutters and looked for a restaurant to have dinner. Santa Lucia was the only restaurant open at 9.30pm their sign said it was open until 10pm. As soon as we walked in the door a very unpleasant man said they were closed. We asked why the sign said 10pm and he responded CLOSED!! He wouldn't even serve us a salad. Since it was the only place open we went to bed without dinner. We were told later by people in Mutters their food is not very good and the service is in general second class.

Upon recommendation from our hotel, we walked over for dinner. We were unaware of the need for reservations so we sat at the bar. This was actually quite fun as we chatted with the bartenders and got free entertainment watching them pour drinks! The food was excellent, too. The bartender, Oliver, was lovely. The pasta was so delicate and the sauce was perfect. The torte for dessert was so good! Cocktails were a fair price, too!

We were staying close to this restaurant and decided last minute to eat here, based on the menu we saw outside. It was extremely busy and they managed to fit us in which was amazing. We waited about ten minutes for a table, which was no problem.The service was lovely, the food incredible, we had a lovely small table at the back and didn't feel rushed or as if we were waiting long for food, they were very attentive making sure we had drinks. It was lovely Italian food in Austria and we would definitely go back.

Arrived in Innsbruck late afternoon, half an hour of shopping, walking through town, in the cold with the kids, looked at Tripadvisor, found Da Rocca and âBoomâ: fantastic food, low key, friendly, family type service, nice wine (and beer), kids happy......85 Eur. Best value restaurant in the world!!!!
