It was recommended by locals for its pizzas and we came here twice during our stay in the nearby Parco dell'Abbazia di Monteveglio. The first time was OK and the food was quite good despite the slow service. They seem to specialise in big family groups and celebrations.On the second occasion (in just 3 days), there was no sign of recognition and they put us totally on our own in the badly ventilated central area of the restaurant with the heat of the pizza oven and the smell of burnt pizza...and promptly forgot us. We had to ask for absolutely everything from then on.We eventually ordered a risotto and a pizza. My wife´s pizza came 15 minutes after I had finished my risotto. Yes, the food was again OK but it did not make up for the appalling service and the staff´s total lack of interest in us.To add insult to injury, they charged coperto at 2.50 each. There was no bread, no aperitif, no apology at the end, nothing. I can imagine this does not happen to locals, but I must say it was the worst service we had in 4 weeks of eating out throughout Italy.

We were so thrilled to find gluten-free pizza here! We've eaten here several times now and enjoy going back. The pizza selection is broad, and you can get any of them gluten-free or with a multi-grain crust (or normal, of course). The pasta and burger also looked great. Prices are decent, and the decor is nice. Simple but well done. Service is good, and we definitely will continue to go back.

Nice-looking restaurant with young, friendly staff. It offers a good selection of pizzas as well as whole-wheat pizza. This may well be healthier but, alas, is no match for the traditional version as it's rather stiff and bland. Prices are reasonable and there's no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity.

This is a great family restaurant that offers a large variety of food with an accommodating waitstaff and nice atmosphere. We had a large party and were seated outside and the service was quick and always available. For our meal we had several appetizers and ordered pizza's. My pizza was prepared with fresh ingredients and served hot. The amazing part was that all of our pizza's were served within a 3 minute span (total of 12 pizza's). Overall great experience.thank you very much!!!

I had difficulty deciding on my overall mark here - as what this place does it does well (hence I've settled on a 4) but what it does is simple.Basically its the local pizzeria. The night we were there the locals were sitting sensibly inside with the aircon, while the tourists (ourselves and another family) insisted on sitting on the covered terrace in the warm. The setting is not pretty - on an industrial estate beside a main road - but the pizza is very good indeed. I had a strega with cured ham (a pizza base brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary, cooked, then topped with cured ham) and it was great. Hubby has a salami and meatball concoction which he was also very happy with. Dessert was lemon gelato and was really good. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall a great experience for a day when you just want something nice and straightforward to eat.

If you take a tour in Bologna's foothills, in the famous area for grapes and wine called San Lorenzo in Collina, you will have a nice surprise discovering the typical RiSoldo restaurant, which I would call the Pizza's paradise. All pizza are made with wholegrain flour worked in the same day it's served. You just have to sit down, the waiters which are very polite will explain you the available ingredients and options. I would suggest you to simply let them chose for you, they will propose you plenty of very good combinations, i.e. pizza with sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese etc. In addition to good quality it's nice to know that for the same price you can go ahead until you are full, they bring you as many pizzas as you want.At the end, you can have included in the fixed price also the sweet pizzas with cacao cream or mascarpone The drink like bear, wine and water are also included.Even if I have eaten much during the dinner, I had no digestion problems during the night, which means that RiSoldo's Pizza were well made.To sum up: very good food quality, nice place and atmosphere, and you can eat as much food as you want at reasonable price, what to ask more ?Just take note that the restaurant is regularly opened at dinner from Thursday to Sunday each week.

The pizza's are the signature dish of this fine restaurant. Very friendly and alert personnel bring you exquise pizza's. Very reasonablypriced you have a large choice. We were amazed by the huge variety! Together with a rather unusual wine selection (we drank Piedmontesian Barbera) La Smorfia is a fine address for any hungry Pizzaholic with a distinct taste!

My family wanted a pizza for dinner one evening and so we decided to visit Elisa. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and seated at a nice table in the corner.We ordered Pizza and Pignoletto, both of which arrived in a reasonable time. The pizzas themselves were delicious. Large in size and with plenty of flavour. The base was also nice and crispy.We finished our meal with a sweet pizza, covered in mascarpone and chocolate brownie. It was sublime!
