Most important the food is very good. Priced right and large portions. The pizza is also very good. Service is polite and attentive. The breakfast quesadilla is delish. Ravioli and tomato sauce is good; as well as he chicken orzo soup.My one criticism is that is needs updating. Has a very 70âs look. But donât let that stop you. It is a wonderful place to meet for a casual cup of coffee or dinner.

The food is nice. The staff in some circumstances has a terrible attitude if you dare complain about anything. Shame since the food is decent but have no interest in being demeaned when my meal was served late and cool. Not good. Said something and got a âyouâre just a trouble makerâ attitude from the âmanager â . He should not have that position.

From time to time, we have business lunch meetings and call this place for delivered meals. They always arrive on time and everyone is pleased with their selections of salads, sandwiches, wraps, and pizza.Today, I had a large garden salad with buffalo chicken ($9). It was huge and filled with tasty chicken.Their prices are reasonable and portions are big.

A staple in Monroe. Friday's this place is packed with families and while they have a good menu, everyone comes here for pizza which is still served on raised trays. I am a call and take out person and no matter what time they give me, I always have a bit of a wait. The pick up counter is at the back of the restaurant, so you do a little table avoidance dance on the way out with pizza(s) in hand. Been a customer for years and never had a bad pizza.

We ordered the Country Pizza Special without the anchovies.Good tasting pizza, except for the crust, which was more airy and crunchier than what we'd like.Staff seemed friendly, and the locale looked interestingly rustic. It wasn't one of the best pies I've had, but I'm not a pizza connoisseur. It was good enough for me to try at least once more, and it is one of my girlfriend's favorites, which does give it a good reputation since she's a local.

Great Lenten Friday Dinner with Friends, great Family Restaurant, white linen table cloths and old school feel and service, they have been around forever and food has and is always excellent, still run by Family and meaning they actually work there ! You don't see that much anymore and also they take reservations which is awesome, we had a 6:30pm reservation for 6, we were seated right away - reservations are awesome - greeted right away by our waitress - Jenna (she was Awesome) brought water and warm bread and our drink orders taken, drinks within 5 minutes for the table, then apps orders taken - we ordered the New York Style Fried Calamari and a few pasta Fagioli- both excellent, my Wife and her Aunt had black olive and mushroom pizza - My uncle in law had salad with Salmon, our two other guests had fish and chips and I had the same, really awesome option 1, 2 or 3 pieces of fish, fries and cole slaw, fish was awesome - lightly battered and slaw and fries were excellent as well, saved room for dessert, because I know they make everything in house (not just desserts - everything is in house), we had the Lemon Merengue Pie, Strawberry Cannoli Sundae (STANDOUT) and the Rice Pudding, Check out their Easter offerings - Meat and noodle pies and all and everything for Easter - placed my order while we were there - they also have a sitting each year that you can sample the Easter Fare, really awesome, we eat here all the time and it is always amazing, we have been going here since the late 80's as teenagers when it was on Main Street in Bridgeport, same great food for decades, now in Monroe hidden in the back of a mini mall on Main Street in Monroe, hard to spot but definitely make this a stop, it will not disappoint

We were a group of 7 for our visit. We were easily accommodated at a round table which was perfect to be able to see and hear everyone. We had a few appetizers - caprese, fried mozzarella, crab cakes and Brussel sprouts. All were good although if I were a betting man, Iâd wager the brussel sprouts were to probably frozen but at the very least over steamed before pan friends with the other components of the dish. Our waitress was awesome! With one exception, everyone enjoyed their meal. 3 of us had salads and everyone enjoyed each of them. The gnocchi and eggplant I am told were excellent. I had chicken Marsala which was very good - maybe a little too much salt. My wife âs dish was the exception - she ordered the 1/2 roasted chicken. The chicken was absolutely undercooked. The waitress handled it like a pro and asked if my wife would like it replaced with a new roasted chicken or a different meal. At that point my wife opted not to reorder.

This is one of the best pizza restaurants in Monroe. Only suggestion, they should remove the salad bar and swerve salads with the meal.
