This has to be one of the worse managed Pizza Huts! Have stopped calling there for delivery because theyve been out if crust, no delivery drivers working and a 3 hour wait among excuses Ive been given. Thought we'd try it last month. Pizza was good but service was absolutely terrible! Dont think waittress had a clue about anything! Waited 10 minutes to order and food took an hour. Only one other couple there and they were complaining too. Then waittress never came back and we finally went to the counter to get check and pay. Told guy who appeared to be manager and he said nothing. Plus kitchen staff was sitting outside entrance smoking. Terrible management and terrible experience! Surprised corporate standards arent higher!

Little Caesars has a great location and fast service thru their driveup window. My daughter loves her some cheesy bread. Seems like a lot of people really enjoy their fast drive thru service.

we ordered late night and the manager told us he was the only one working and that it would be a moment. we waited patiently and ordered our pizza with coupons. when he took our order he stated that they had a better in store special than the coupons. we were like wow.. ok great. he could of easily taken our money and not said anything. he made our pizzas just the way we ordered them. we ended up saving almost $20 with the in store coupon.

We were playing ball in the area and looking for a place to eat... and did we find a great place!!! The pizza is so good, authentic Italian crust and garlic butter, how can anyone go wrong. We got Hawaiian and BBQ chicken and they were perfect, Caesar salad was refreshing and hot wings were cooked perfectly. Staff was VERY friendly and attentive.They also have subs that looked good and please note they do deliver!! We will eat here again on our next visit

The facility is a nice atmosphere. The location is great, with parking all around. We had a great waitress, and the service was somewhat timely. The food needs improvement. The pizza was like it was microwaved; soggy crust & lacking flavor. Some got their meal late, & we were "out for lunch," & needed to get back for work. "WE" all want them to be successful !!! I'm sorry your experience was sub par. We look forward to your next visit as we have really made improvements since your last visit. Of course Whitney is still our lead sales person and as you state she is excellent at making our guests feel comfortable, but we have improved both the back of the house staff and our product. We have outsourced our dough to a local bread producer out of Nashville and it is now one of the highlights of a visit. Just ask to see Lee upon your next visit so I can come say hi and make sure your experience is perfect. Again, thank you so much for your feedback as it inspired our improvement.

Food was very poor quality. Bring your own alcohol for mixed drinks since all you get is mix...no alcohol. Check the math on your bill too, terribly math challenged staff and managers. If I could give a negative rating I would.I am sorry your experience was not good. I can only go off your review & what those around me say happened. I feel certain I made the situation worse but do not recall as I was having a medical episode but was not aware until after I was recovering. I do know youâve eaten here many times & hope those times will be enough for you to give us another chance. We really do want every person to leave happy.
