Starting out our big trip out West- we had our first meal at Nordic Brew Works in Bozeman, MT. The meal was one of the best meals ever!!!!! A super yummy polenta bowl: creamy polenta with black garlic puree, mushrooms, parmesan broccoli, and poached egg, topped with watercress, and super most chicken.Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!To top it all off- we had the privilege to see the most gorgeous rainbow right from our table. Mountains in the background, topped with snow!!! Awesomeness!!!

We were starving for Pizza after visited Museum of Rockies and decided to try our luck in this restaurant. It is nice to see to know that they offer a set with half pizza plus salad (or soup) and we enjoyed this combination very much.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a quick dinner. When we decided on pizza, we found Cosmic Pizza on the TripAdvisor list. The special of the day was a large three topping pizza. There were a variety of toppings from which to choose. We picked sausage, eggplant, and artichokes on our pizza. The pizza was very tasty and different from any pizza that we have ever had before. We liked it a lot.

We visited with a group of 8 on a Thursday night and they were kind enough to reserve a table for us. The food was okay.Pros: I love that it is locally sourced and has a good selection of local beers. The night we went had live music, which is rare where we live, so pretty fun. The waitress was sweet.Cons: while I often say âthere is no bad pizzaâ I thought these were underwhelming given the hype. We had three different pizzas and they were interesting combinations but nothing I would rush back for. The music was great but a little loud for a restaurant at 7:00 pm and it was tough to carry on a conversation.The interior was interesting and I like to support local food but I would try somewhere else next time we are in town.

Here for Birthday lunch with family, we had the chicken ranch, and the Montanan, and cheese sticks. The pizza was amazing. Have to go back again. And itâs very kid/toddler friendly. Toys color books.Just a good time with good company.Staff was very friendly.

We had just come back from Yellowstone after driving through a hailstorm through a mountain pass, we were hungry and Hotel clerk said there was no place open. We searched on google and found old Chicago. It was still open till midnight so, off we go and get a great pizza. They have thin, mid or thick crust. We had the mid and it was great.

When traveling through a university town, I often look for restaurants close to or on campus. They are usually more interesting and a better quality than ones along the highways. Colombo's Pizza is one of those places.Located right on the edge of campus (dorms across the road), its clientele is mostly students who walk in. This place has been there a long time so that should tell you something.You order at the counter and they bring it to you. We did the one trip salad bar and a small pizza. Everything was excellent. The staff super friendly. They also had a good choice of micro brews. Thanks to Google and TripAdvisor, I would have never found this place. Certainly glad we did.

From the huckleberry sauce & huckleberry ice cream on the white chocolate macadamia skillet cookie to their gourmet pizzas, this is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner no matter what the occasion.Weâve eaten at this location twice (& the Belgrade location once) since moving here a month ago, & the pizzas & flatbreads are wonderfulâinventive, flavor-packed ingredients which delight the tastebuds are the norm.The pizza crust is golden, tender, chewy, & tasty! My personal favorites are the Humble Pie & the Sequoia. The special summer flatbread featuring caramelized onions & ricotta infused with huckleberries among other ingredients is fantastic!The service is attentive, friendly, & non-intrusive. This is Montanaâs best local pizza chain, & it is worth enjoying & sharing with friends visiting from out-of-state.We are so pleased you enjoyed everything and took the time to leave a review! So happy we go to enjoy this gourmet dinner during our short visit to Bozeman. We shared the garlicky chopped kale salad, very good. Since we are visiting from Philadelphia, which has excellent thin crust pizza, we looked for something different. The braised lamb shank, with cumin & cherries in the rice, was out of this world. My husband enjoyed his pasta with sausage. Those dishes were so good, we made room for dessert. My strawberry rhubarb galette was scrumptious. As was the vanilla gelato on top. I didnât try my husbandâs cream cake - it was gobbled up before I got the chance. Itâs a small restaurant, understandably popular & crowded. Iâd return in a heartbeat. Great meal, reasonably priced given the quality.

Visited today for lunch and sampled several beers - all were delicious. Try the bison pepperoni pizza - unique and tasty! This is the rare brewpub that excels in food and beer. Enjoy the views from the upstairs patio. Service excellent too.
