Carrigaline has grown rapidly in recent years, from a village of a few hundred people into a thriving town, although many locals still refer to it as "the village". We started our Whiskey Walk tour here. Such an inviting entrance that leads into a wonderfully comfortable indoor dining set up. There is outdoor seating as well as you continue back which is lovely on a good day. The Margareta Pizza was delicious and was made with fresh dough. Selection of beer and whisky is quite impressive.

I'm giving this a poor review , mainly because the server who was mixing the dough and doing the till at the same time with no gloves on.handling change & mixing dough at once is unhygienic in my opinion. It kinda put me off the pizza

We had dinner there last night and what I can say?! Well...the quality of the food is ok, we had a starter and I must be honest: all products were from Italy for sure. We also had pizza margherita and tiramisu...here we got upset. First of all: no one italian use balsamic vinegar and rocket as toppings!!! Please!!! Tiramisu was weird, I dunno if it was the cream or the way how it was made. Italian restaurant with Irish revisiting!

Myself and the family went to grand Italian after our trip to Spike island. The menu was fairly for for a quick visit with pizza, pasta and salad dishes. The waitress was very attentive. We ordered 2 x pizzas (pepperoni and Mexican spicy) , drinks, chips and morezella balls. The chef asked the kids to help making the pizza and was really sound. Food was delivered and was delicious. It's cost about â¬42 total which we thought was good value. Good food, good staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere for family's. Definitely would call again...

Visited with a group of friends last night; it's a small restaurant and was full. Was asked to wait while a table was cleared and then seated and provided with menus. As a group, we tried 2 different pizzas, the parmesan fries, halloumi special side, and arancini. Pizzas weren't exactly to my taste - quite doughy, sauce slightly watery and tasteless, and toppings sparse. The fries were delicious, as was the cajun dip we also ordered. Halloumi wasn't anything special, and I've had better arancini. Service was good, but I wouldn't be rushing to pay a return visit as the food wasn't really to my taste.

Four Star is by far the nicest pizza in Carrigaline. Bit expensive except for the Mega Deal great value. Differs from time to time if they are busy rarely but occasionally the pizza is a bit undercooked and messy but would still order everytime because that is very rare

I've visited many Pizza Huts in the world and this one was a bit different. Everything felt rushed and it was almost as if you were impeding upon the staff's time. The usual menu but it certainly isn't cheap.
