Sono stata in coppia in questo locale grande..tipicamente tirolese e dall'atmosfera calorosa e familiare.Iniziamo la cena con un'ottimo piatto misto di salumi e formaggi..affettati freschissimi e formaggi gustosi.Ordiniamo il piatto tradizionalecanederli in brodo buoni e saporiti.Infine come dolce un piacevole tiramisu fatto in casa.Prezzi convenienti e qualità del cibo soddisfacente.Consigliato vivamente sia per coppie che per compagnie.

As usual we had dinner and a lunch at this fine restaurant. They offer both German and Italian courses. Our favorite , canederli in broth. These are dumplings in a clear broth and very local. Parking is available and prices are very moderate. Quality food and fair prices-- a great combination.

Wir sind hier zufällig eingekehrt. Zunächst das Positive: sehr freundlicher Service ich schätze es ist ein Familiebetrieb. Die Chefin sehr freundlich. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker und auch reichlich belegt. Der Boden dünn aber sehr fein. Dafür 4 PunkteDas Negative : uns war es zu kalt es war einfach nicht gemütlich. Die Einrichtung mit dem geflammten Holz wirkt schon sehr einfach und ist nicht mehr zeitgemäÃ. Die Theke mit groÃen Glaseinsatz auch aus einer anderen Zeit so was hat man einfach nicht mehr. Hier sollte man insgesamt eine Veränderung vornehmen.

We shamelessly ate at the Geier repeatedly. The staff was so friendly, professional, and spoke perfect English. The wine selection was full of both local and other European wines, and the food was the best we had in the region and we tried everything from seafood, meats, pizza and of course the amazing pasta. Be warned that the gelato is highly addictive and it varies in seasonal flavors.This place has a nice garden terrace and a playground for kids. They welcome pets of all sizes and the area is very clean. Great view of the water, fields, and we even got to see bats flying at dusk! Parking can be challenging, but plan ahead and enjoy this local gem!

We had a delightful dinner here and highly recommend the Chef's pizza with spinach, ricotta and prosciutto. We had a very nice waitress that could speak English well and was happy to provide guidance. For desert the ricotta dumplings stuffed with apricots and served with homemade vanilla ice cream were both unusual and delicious. The portions are generous so feel free to share your dishes. Reservations are a good idea for popular times, especially in the evening as it gets cooler and more guests want to sit inside. There is ample free parking on site.

LOCATION: The outside seating seems very nice. Unfortunately, it was too cold, but the restaurant is very nice inside as well. Don't stay in the entree, it is much nicer further back. FOOD: delicious pizzasSERVICE: friendly and very quickVALUE FOR MONEY: ok

It was a bit rainy the day we stopped here on our drive through the vineyards of Kaltern, South Tyrol in Italy. From the road it's a bit inconspicuous, but I'm sure it's very popular. The biergarten appears to be the home to lots of events. I can imagine that it rocks. I can't say much about the food. We stopped just to have a drink and were delighted to discover they offer a gluten-free beer. I had two. What impressed me was how professional the staff is. They were all out drying the tables and benches and chairs when it stopped raining. They were friendly and attentive.
