Let's start with the good:- Stella A on tap. Nice!- Huge amount of pretzels as appetizers. Way too much for the 2 of us to consume- Lots of pizza toppings to choose from- TV sound reasonable so we could actually converse at our table and be heard!- Friendly serviceThe not-so-good- Pretzels were doughy. They could have been cooked a little longer to make 'em crispier- The pizza was also undercooked. Thin crust was OK, but another minute or 2 in the oven would have been nice. Very flimsy slices.- The dips we got for the pretzels were basically marinara sauce and mustard. Nothing special. If you want cheese dip, it'll cost you a couple more dollar, which pushes the cost to $10 for this appetizer. No thanks. This is a large restaurant that seats a LOT of people. Not sure we'll be back anytime soon.Mello! HerrP’s.. We appreciate you choosing Mellow and would love to have you back! You sounded like a first timer? We would be happy to cook your pretzels and pie longer as we do (and the menu states) you have to let your server know crispy..as we do for numerous guest. We hope to see you soon!

NEVER AGAIN! My family have enjoyed dinning at this restaurant many times over the years; however, in recent years this place has really gone down hill. This location was once one of our favorite “weekly lunch spots” until we were told by one of the waitresses that we could no longer request a specific kind of pizza for the buffet / to be shared on the lunch buffet because of a new policy... she said that they must prepare and serve pizza at lunch that had the toppings people seldom or never ordered on pizza. The waitress explained that by following this policy - this would allow them to get rid of toppings regularly so they could rotate their stock ingredients (Translation: During lunch they are only going to serve pizza’s on the buffet topped with old toppings no one wants). SO pizza topped with things no one wants to eat along with the less than desirable conditions of the inside of this restaurant (the dinning area is a shambles, torn carpet, sticky table tops and the torn uncomfortable booth seating does not make a desirable place to sit and eat) - we stopped dinning here for lunch as did everyone else. In hope of being able to continue as a long time customer of this Pizza Hut, we have opted for carry-out instead. As a carry-out customer, I usually ordered on-line then drove the short distance to pick up our pizza. However, more times than I can count, I went to pick up our pizza only to find that the pizza was not prepared as ordered so it was necessary for me to wait for another pizza to be prepared and cooked (Does this defeat the purpose of on-line ordering? “YES“). Annoyed but still optimistic, I considered this a small inconvenience until January 7th 2014. I order our pizza from this Pizza Hut (1010 Russell Pkwy location). I placed our order on-line, went to pick up our pizza approximately 15 minutes later. I quickly glanced at our pizza while there to pick it up, it did not appear to have the extra cheese I had ordered and paid for but in the interest of saving my time I took the pizza as prepared (it was after 8:00pm, we were hungry, it was 20 degrees outside... many of you know what it’s like when you just want to eat and relax - tired from a long day). I got home with our pizza only to discover extra cheese was not the only ingredient missing... the pizza was dry - almost no sauce except around the outer crust (and yes, I did order extra sauce knowing that their pizza is typically very, very dry). Still I was willing to chock down this dry pizza that was lightly covered with toppings and cheese because I was hungry UNTIL I took my second bite!!! After only a couple of bites, I could tell that the pizza was topped with spoiled ham or pepperoni (not sure which meat ‘if not both’ was spoiled because the bite I had taken had a bit of both toppings)... I spit out that bite and threw out all but one piece of this pizza. It was my intent to save one piece “just in case it needed to be analyzed in the event that my stomach had to be pumped” - after all, I did chock down one whole bite before realizing the toppings were spoiled.Having lived through the night with only a mild bout of food poisoning; I first considered contacting the manager of this location to report my unsatisfactory visit and demand a refund (I had done this on two other separate occasions in the past two years) - and - if I thought it would do anyone any good "I would do just that"; however, given that I had made two prior complaints to the manager and still the same problems continue - - - I decided that the most important thing to do is to warn all the unsuspecting fellow pizza eaters about this place. Terrible service, nasty atmosphere, spoiled food "nothing to like about this place"? DO NOT EAT HERE - EVER AGAIN - YOU MAY NOT LIVE TO REGRET IT!

Some friends were here for lunch so we thought we'd try it out for dinner. We ordered a veggie pizza and a white pizza. We also ordered the dessert twists. The pizzas were great! I'm not so sure I'd recommend the dessert twists. They were over done and might be better with the icing already on them instead of in little containers. We will definitely return again for the yummy pizza!

We had pizza delivered for teen and his friend over for a movie. It was in my opinion expensive. 35.00 for cheese and other half cheese with pepperoni pizza. There were chicken kickers. It seemed quite expensive for what we actually received. It was right on time.
