Restaurant Pizzeria located in the historic center of Borno, Great choice of pizzas, traditional cuisine, desserts, wines and local beers.
staying overnight in the small charming village.most places are closed over night except few gelatto and bars.the Cami is a heaven of pizza - so many style that make you dizzy :-)they serve some huge size pizza in addition to the personal size ones...local wines as expected is great. We also tested some rissoto which was super good....prices are ok - 5 pax with wine and soft drink - 3 pizza, rice - 60 EuroNO English speaking which is the only think that make the evening "sad"NO hot soup - but that is just personal preference

I have been going there for more than 4 years now, never miss an occasion when I travel in that area, the owner is almost always there taking care of his customer, food is great, tasty and beautiful. We always finish it off with some outstanding Grappa
Thought Boario was a place gor super-yummy pizzas after visiting another pizzeria close by, so went on to explore a bit and got a take away from Pizza Time... well, the pizza was fine. Fresh and edible etc. but the crust was too thick and there was not enough tomato sauce for my liking. A good average pizza take away overall if this is the only place open and you are desperately hungry to wait.

HOSPITALITY AND AUTHENTIC TASTESA wide variety of proposals, excellent raw material, the desire to continuously improve are the cornerstones of the offer proposed at Osteria al Cantini __ an unceremonious place, where every dish is a taste experience to b
Premise: as for the title, you have to swallow the fact that the place applies prices more suitable for a central-Rome/Milan/Florence location, than a city lost among the Alps.Said that, we asked for typical main courses and we appreciated the taste and the presentation; even the service was appropriated, so the wine's menu, which presented some local and very interesting products. And the check always come at the end: here it was accompanied by the bitter taste of a delicious (and free) licorice liquor shot... just for you to be more comfortable with the bill...

After reading reviews online thought weâd try this restaurant. Place was empty, waitress was nice. Menu smallish but typical Italian food. Had tagliatelle which was dry, drenched in soy sauce with a few over cooked shrimps and vegetables. My boyfriend had the stuffed pasta which was drenched in burnt, unseasoned butter. Filling dry, stodgy and flavourless. The next course was equally as bad and almost inedible. Went to the supermarket on way home to get some nicer food to fill up on. Such a disappointment.

The food was delicious. We went there three days in a row with the goal to try different stuff from their menu. The restaurant is open late (which also played a role in our decision, at least on the first day). The wine list is relatively small but is assembled with a good taste. We didn't try their desserts (and they didn't have crème brûlée when I've asked for it), but it's definitely one of the places to remember.

Just outside of town, easy to get to, we dropped in for pizza. Calzone was great (can customise your own), as was the regular pizzas and you can also customise your own salad. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Would recommend.

Very well-known, largely appreciated and very nice restaurant located just under the bell tower ("campanile") of the Darfo main church. Recently restructured and extremely well-kept. Particularly comfortable for pairs, small groups or families withoud kids (it can be boring for the youngest...). Food is simply excellent. Most likley, the best food you can have in Darfo/Boario area. Try the mixed-salami appetizer and the the "smoked" mussles, for example. I had a "filetto" and my wife had a portion of rice with mushrooms. Both were simply fantastic. The "campanile" serves a very good pizza, as well, but I think you should avoid it. You can have very good pizza in every single tiny village in Italy so you will not regret it. Try the real food instead. Try the cakes, as well. They are quite creative and very tasty. Even the coffe is very good and served with style. The "campanile" is not cheap but not even particularly expensive. We had two appetizers, a filetto, a rice with mushrooms, three cakes, a bottle of very good white wine and we spent a little less than 100 â¬. Expect to spend between 35 and 50 ⬠each for a full course dinner. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. You will feel at home and you will not regret any dollar spent here.

I ordered a Quattro formaggio and it was very good. I walked in and order it to take away, and it only took under 10 mins to prepare. My only issue was that no one on there spoke English, but the pizza was great!Thank you very much for the reviewWe will improve our ability to speak EnglishSee you next time!
