We fire our gourmet pizzas with apple wood from Yakima Valley in screaming oven temperatures around 1000 degrees.
Enjoyed the salad and pizza. Loved that you could order quite a few options by the slice, so our party could all enjoy exactly what they preferred. Nice crust, very fresh and tasty salad. Not the best pizza I have ever had, but certainly very good, and very worth going again. Quality ingredients, and beautiful patio and view. Nice place to go if you want a nice walk after your lunch.

The pizzas are fantastic and varied. The beer wasn't particularly local, but it was good. One thing I found rather amazing is when the three of us asked for separate tickets. We had each ordered one pizza but we'd shared them equally. The pizzas had slightly different costs, but rather than charge one of us more than the others, they were able to split the cost of each pizza among the three of us. It was wild to see an entry for 1/3 of a pizza. How often have you been at a restaurant where one of you orders an appetizer and then the server wants to know which of you to charge individually for it?But back to the food. We had very different pizzas, one based with BBQ sauce, one based with yellow curry, one based in white cheese, and the variety was really great. I can see why this place is so popular, they did everything well.

I've lived in the area for 6 months now and 3 times I've attempted to get a pizza from this place and 3 times there was an issue. I have yet to actually get a pizza. 1st time: stopped to get a pizza to take home without calling first. Was told the wait would be more than an hour before my take home pizza would be ready. Walked out. 2nd time (3 months later): called and ordered pizza over phone for pick up / carry out. Was told pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. Got there and they hadn't started it yet and was told wait would be another 25 minutes. Walked out. 3rd time and last time: called and ordered pizza over phone for pick up / carry out. Was told pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. Got there and was told their card payment device wasn't working, "had been out all day," and it was cash only payment. They didn't tell me this on the phone when I first called. I wouldn't have placed the order had I been told. Sorry but I don't carry cash on me and if I had known I could have gone by a bank ATM first. My pizza was obviously ready as the guy became really visibly irritated. Sorry, but not my problem ... He could have said something when I placed the order. Walked out again. I think the people here must be really incompetent and probably secretly work for the nearby PizzaHut because they've certainly sent all my business and money there. I've had no customer service issues at all at the PizzaHut. It might only be a chain pizza joint but at least I've managed to buy a pizza there for take out without issues or problems.
Really, how tough is it to make pizza? One-third of the entire crust had not toppings, sauce or anything... just plain dry crust. What toppings were on the pizza were so minimal as to be laughable. Are your franchise cost so high that you must skimp so deeply on ANY kind of quality product?I used to think of Pizza hut as an acceptable option. The pizza I brought home went into the garbage and I ate left-over mac and cheese... now that is sad!As I said, the product I was served was not even fit to feed to my dogs!

After a long day traveling I ended up at one of two airport hotels located at the Spokane Airport. I figured Dominoes would be a safe, easy, and quick dinner option. Unfortunately, I spent five minutes on the phone just trying to explain to them where the hotel was located. They asked me to spell the street name no less than three times. In the end, they said they could not find the hotel.
If you're eating here, you're likely going to a show or visiting the casino so a few extra bucks for food isn't really an issue. That said, I liked the selection and the service and quality was very good. Not a dining destination but worth a visit if you're already on the property.
