Drop what your doing, and go try eating here. Very good, and full of amazing taste. Wide selection of food on the menu. Freshly cooked, and can see your meal being prepared. Dollar value compared to amount of food you get, right on target. Well worth the value. Very friendly service.

Wow, totally impressed. The turkish pizza was amazing. My son ate the Schnitzel. Huge portions and very reasonable. Service was great. We finished the meal with Baklava, also delicious. A lot of food and we paid $22 in total. Will definately be back to try some other dishes.

Here in Peterborough we are blessed with at least three very fine Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurants with similar menus. I've loved both the Oasis (OMG) and Silk Roads Fusion Restaurant, so the other day decided to try Ariyana (after hearing a respected Peterborough musicians rave about it in THe Wire newspaper). It didn't disappoint. Its hard to compare it to the other two, having only eaten there once, but the Lamb Shank was terrific and reasonably priced, and my partner's Schwarma was very tasty. Also had a bit of fallafel, and this really is one of the best!Now the rice could have been more interesting----not as enjoyable as the saffron rice I get at OMG. And maybe a bit more creative dressing for the salad. The only other thing keeping it from being 5 stars is its small size where, if you are eating in, gives you no refuges from the draft from the door. And......although I appreciated the fact that you get a real plate (even though its mostly take out), some alternative to plastic cutlery would also be nice. But for sure....we'll go there again and try some of the other scrumptious looking dishes. And for takeout.....no doubt its terrific.
