The population was 21,874 at the 2010 census. Rosemount was established as a township in 1858 and incorporated as a city in 1972, encompassing the old village of Rosemount and Pine Bend. According to the city's website, there was some debate over whether to name the township Saratoga or Rosemount, with the latter finally being chosen to reflect the town's Irish heritage, and to remain in keeping with the name given to the post office a few years earlier. Rosemount is home to the Pine Bend Refinery, which is the largest oil refinery in Minnesota and the 14th-largest in the United States. Rosemount was also home to a military gunpowder plant in the 1940s called Gopher Ordnance Works. Now, all that remains are the walls.

Went through the drive thru at this location. Ordered some cap'n crunch delights. Took a while but well worth it. These things are so delicious! Also, it looked weird with all of the smoke coming out of the car in front of me. Some kind of stoner? More than likely so!

This restaurant is small compared to the one in lakeville. The atmosphere is very inviting with Mexican music and decoration with Mexican hats, Mexican portraits. We felt like we were in Mexican vacation. The server is very courteous and fast. We foods came out fast and surprising big portions. It is so delicious and fresh. We are very happy with our entire experience.

This was my first visit to Teresa's. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in greeting customers and they weren't busy. Once seated, I immediately received chips and salsa by an attentive young man. He was very personable, but I failed to get his name. The margarita was plentiful, but not extraordinary. I asked the server for her recommendation on two different meal choices and she knocked it out of the park! The Pollo San Jose was fantastic; I highly recommend it! I'll visit Teresa's again, but may try a different location.

My friend and I decided to have a girls' Happy Hour at El Azteca. We were promptly greeted when we entered the establishment. The booth was very comfortable, however the tables make the seating a little narrow. We asked about happy hour and I settled on a traditional margarita. I'm not a tequila fan, but the margarita was flawless. I didn't even taste the alcohol and it was blended so nicely that it was an easy drink. I ordered an enchilada plate with one cheese, one chicken and one beef with three different sauces. It was so tasteful and each enchilada was defined. The plate, although containing three different flavors, were designed very clean to eat one at a time or mix together. My friend is a vegetarian, and was able to enjoy a decent selection from a vegetarian-friendly menu.

New Mexican fast food. Authentic, fresh and reasonable. Fast friendly service, appreciating your business. The food is different from what you would expect from Chipotle. Your can request it exactly how you want it and they do it with a smile. Generous portions. They make your tortilla while your order. Excellent Guacamole & Corn Chips (chips are served warm). Great Dailey Specials. Highly recommend!

The evening lines have been long at Chipotle and the staff is still finding their groove. But the food is consistent with all of the other Chipotle's. One thing I noticed is that they are not consistent with their meat portions. I barely had any beef in my burrito bowl but my husband had at least 5 times as much Carnitas.

Their decor is good, our service was great- super attentive and friendly. Their salsa is really good but the fajitas were not great. The meat and veggies were in big chunks and with just ok flavor. The tacos were also just ok. Their 1800 margarita was super.
