I was pleasantly surprised by this place. A friend from Canada was visiting and he was craving "Northern Food". We did a google lookup, and stumbled upon Roll Wings.The food was good, and satisfied my buddy's craving. I was a little surprised that they didn't have a Buffalo wing - weird. They did bring me some of their hot sauce, which fit the bill perfectly.Great place, will come back.

Chanton Chanton at the large shopping mall del Pacifico has a nice terrace, serves drinks including craft beers (bottle) and a wide menu of American food with a local twist.

This is my go to restaurant nearby. I live very close and the atmosphere is really friendly. Bob Lee, an Expat from Texas, owns it and his staff is Ecuadorian and very efficient. Here you get a bit of Tex Mex and also wings and burgers. Soon he is bringing in chili dogs! They have the best onion rings around! Fish, shrimp and chips are also in the menu frequently. Bob tells great stories, and can answer any questions you may have about the area. He has lived in Manta for many years. Oh, and he has the best margaritas in the city. He also has an authentic recipe for them that makes them special! You get 3 for the price of 2 and they are $5 each. So 3 for $10. Frozen or on the rocks!

During the Easter Holidays, we visited this mexican restaurant located at La Quadra in Manta. In few words: Nice place, nice decor but their food is way below average. We had to return three dishes (pulpo al grill, pozole and esquites) since they were simply uneatable. If they improve their food, it's a place worth visiting. If not, look for another place.
